Around 5:30pm I sent them a message asking for prices on firewood. Christan contacted me to let me know that closed at 5 but he would help me out and go back and open up and get me what I needed. Christan explained to me about the wood they had and was upfront and honest all through our conversation. When I showed up all of the guys were very helpful. Loaded up my truck and they even let my son throw in a couple armfuls of kindling. We were almost going to get some more firewood for the trip home. We will definitely visit them again when we make another trip to Oregon. Thanks again for all of your help Christan.

That's fast! The guy who came and gave the quote and was the leader and did the tree climbing work (I should have asked for his name!), was super nice and friendly and took the time to explain the work , which is very important to me. I felt the team of 3 did a fantastic job, and I would call them again in the future for any tree trimming needs.

Jeff came to give us an estimate and his crew has been outstanding! They show up on time and these guys are working hard, and rarely if at all took a break. The huge tree right out front had a very narrow space to fall between the house and a pergola and over our septic system and drain field. It was flawless. These guys seriously know their stuff. We are thrilled with their service and impressed with their work ethic and communication too. They not only felled the trees, they woodchipped the huge branches, raked up the mess, and used a leaf blower to clean it up. They also will be hauling some of the big trees to the mill for us. Worth every penny. Wow, we would gladly recommend Jeff Dean Tree Service to anyone and will be using them again in the future. Thank you, Jeff Dean & Crew! Our home has a steep driveway and the trees we located on the back of a sloped mountain side. My husband and I got several quotes for the job. We needed 6 trees removed due to potential damage to our new home. We noticed that several of the contractors wanted to charge us more money because they couldn't drive their boom lift truck up our driveway to help them do less work. How does that make sense? Other contractors gave us the impression that because we live in a nicer area that their outrageous prices wouldn't seem abnormal to us. We were getting quotes for thousands of dollars, it was outrageous. A lot of the contractors liked to ask a lot of questions to get a feel for what seemed to me, how much money we made to figure out how much to charge us. The quotes we becoming a nightmare! The last 2 contractors we saw seemed more honest then most, Tree MD was one of those two. The owner John spoke we me without my husband and took the time to explain the process and why the work would take time. He didn't make me feel because my husband wasn't around that I was being treated unless, like a silly housewife who doesn't know anything. He walked all over my property and did a thorough evaluation for safety for himself and his crew before quoting me the job cost. He made me feel like I mattered as a customer and that he would be careful and respectful of my other plants and furniture I might have outside. A lot of contractors are messy and inconsiderate of home owners belongings and leave trash etc.., but Tree MD isn't one of those contractors. I would highly recommend Tree MD for any tree service if you want an honest and reliable quote. By the way they climbed the trees to cut them down. Steven Velasquez
