Dan has been the one doing my piece for me and he's always a pleasure to talk to, as he's very funny. But you have to have a NSFW sense of humor! I only gave 4 stars mainly because of how scheduling works, but it's understandable for the business itself. If I didn't like Dan or his work I would have had to go elsewhere, but because of him I am willing to wait however long it takes (even if I miss a few times of scheduling) to get more work! He makes the tattoo process far more bearable even when it hurts. (Scheduling is calling between 2-4pm on the first of each month. If you forget or it fills up, you have to wait a month to try again! At least this is with tattooing, as far as I'm aware. Looks like piercings could be different. I'd suggest calling to ask!)

I stopped in here on Black Friday for downsizing some jewelry after a fresh piercing from Sacred…read moreSiren. Since Sacred Siren closed suddenly I had to go elsewhere and had no idea what kind of jewelry I had in or needed to downsize to. Thankfully the ladies here barely batted an eye and helped me swap out for what I needed and sent me home with salt and instructions for a salt soak (Sacred Siren just had me doing saline sprays for a few months). The team here was shocked that Siren had me coming in 8 weeks after my initial piercing but said they'd follow whatever my original piercing said to do. I was initially nervous I was doing something wrong but I am glad I downsized when I did as I'm much more comfortable now. Soaking is a pain and I definitely can't do it twice a day but I will follow their instructions as much as I can for the next few months until I'm more fully healed. Place is pretty sparce with not a whole lot of jewelry to choose from. For some new bars and a jewelry change it came to be about $26. They honestly recommended going to Etsy for new jewelry which is what I did. I know they'd be happy to swap my next jewellry out in a few months but I'll just do it at home now that I know more of what's going on and what's in my body. They left me with my sizes and my old bars so I can purchase new items easily online.

It turned out AMAZING. I can't even describe how beautiful it is. This is my second tattoo done by drake and every time I have been there, it's so chill and comfortable. Drake is super personable, has a super comfy tattoo chair that makes you feel like you're on a cloud, and his prices are affordable. There's a reason he has 5 stars. This was the best experience I've ever had at a shop. I'm happy to say that I found my home tattoo shop. I have really bad social anxiety and drake makes you feel some comfortable, I was totally fine with my fiancé leaving me for a few minutes and that never happens, especially when I'm getting a tattoo. Thank you so much Drake for giving us the best tattoo experience and giving me the most amazing, bearded dragon tribute ever! I get compliments EVERYWHERE I have been. I waited over an hour into my scheduled appointment time just to overhear one of the tattoo artists training the piercer on tattooing talking about how "it's crazy how no one's in the shop today" & had to personally contact my artist and wait almost another hour to hear he was unable to finish the last of his books and has relocated; nothing was relayed to me. & notifications were still being sent out for appointments. Jon is the piercer there and had made many comments that felt hostile upon meeting him the first time (i was just in for a tattoo with another artist and he kept popping in the room) about his superiority and hate for sex workers and particular groups of people. disgusted.
