I got an email from Zac about 30 minutes later, saying he could see us on Mothers Day at noon and just to send him an idea of what we were looking for. Zac was quick to respond to me and to top it off, he came in on his day off to do this for us! When we got there he had a few stencils drawn up for us to choose from (based on the ideas I had sent him via email), he tweaked one of them a little bit for us, and then we got started. The place is spacious, well lit and super clean, we watched Zac take his time to clean up the area and his equipment in between each one of our tattoos. He was fun and friendly and patient with us due to our indecisiveness (remember... 4 women!!). We are all very pleased with the end results and would highly recommend Scottish Rose Tattoo, specifically, Zac!

The first time, I had my husband's name tatted on my inner wrist. (Yes, he also got my name on his wrist. We've been together 20+ years so we figured by now, we are safe from suffering the "Getting lover's name tattoo and promptly breaking up" curse.) I knew from that first tattoo that it wouldn't be my last. As Hung said, "you'll be back more". My husband is also thinking of his second one. I lost a beloved pet last year in the most devastating and traumatic way. I have been thinking of how to honor him (and our other kitties) to show my gratitude for their lives spent at my side. I decided on one that I knew I would be happy carrying for life and that would embody the feelings that I feel. I'm happy that I waited until now, because tattoos are so personal and mine hold such meanings to me. Hung delivered again. I had gotten my nose pierced with Selina and unfortunately after a good month of healing I started experiencing hypertrophic scarring (which is basically the skin producing excessive collagen ) and resulted in an ugly bump around my piercing. I have been visiting Selina since then and she has been so helpful giving me various tips and tricks to help me bring the bump down and heal without scarring. Has my bump completely gone? No, its a work in progress but having someone like Selina to work with has really made me worry less about it and know it will eventually go away. My mother and I went in for a tattoo together for my birthday and he tried changing the day to get our tattoo two days before the scheduled date so he could go camping, which has been planned MONTHS ahead of time. Basically, if he asks to change time, just do it, then you'll probably have a great experience. I have never seen somebody act so unprofessional and irritated. We will never go again.
