Dan Gould's was recommended by a friend so we went there. He was there, super friendly. Told us right away what the issue was (wrong type of crown, will always have issues w diamond being loose). Charged a more than reasonable price to completely replace the crown and I had it back less than 1 week later (unlike Kay's, which can be 2 weeks-6 months according to their reviews).
