Flat out the best moving crew money can buy. Keith, Eddie and Carl arrived right on time and went straight to work. I had asked for three people to handle moving our 2 bed / 1bath apartment and with the large truck they brought we were on the road in a few hours and had PLENTY of space in the truck for everything in our place. After unpacking, and putting everything in the respective places, they took away any trash from the move and were in their way. The whole crew was super friendly, careful and and all around awesome. Can't speak highly enough of them! Thank you so much for the flawless move! Keith, Eddie and Carl, you guys did an amazing job!

The help from these guys was appreciated, though they were not as careful around my plants as I had hoped and stressed me out the night before by cancelling, even though I placed a $100 deposit to ensure service and commitment. The called and texted one day earlier, and because I was not with my phone they had cancelled. If there's a deposit, there should be no reason to cancel and stress us out. I called in the morning and then the movers then showed up later than scheduled. I was very clear and adment about how I wanted no one to touch my plants, still the younger guy pushed a mattress and other items through the foliage carelessly. The older guy was more in tune and respectful, he was also really good at packing Tetris style. Unfortunately, they used tape on my blankets and I had to throw them out, when I insisted that I did not want my furniture covered. I'm happy I got the help, but commitment and attention to my one request not to touch the plants would have made this a better experience. Nonetheless, thank you for the help and nice truck packing job, my things survived my amateur truck driving skills.

I had a terrible experience with this UPS store - I shipped a package that arrived at its…read moredestination torn open and rummaged through and then sloppily retaped - with items missing. I contacted UPS and went through the very detailed process of reporting the problem (that they insist on) - listing contents, submitting photos of the contents and every side of the shipping box - including box number, etc. After all my trouble, they told me I needed to contact the specific store I mailed it from - (didn't take it upon themselves to communicate the problem and pass on all the info and pictures to their UPS store). When I contacted this Murietta/Winchester store, they told me to send the pictures and info. Next in the process, they told me I needed to contact the vendor. I told them, "You are the 'vendor.' This wasn't a package shipped by another company through UPS. It was sent by an individual at your store and stayed within the UPS system throughout the entire process." They said they'd look into it and call me back. No return call, so I called back. They continued to put it off, the one lady went on maternity leave, the next employee said they'd pick up where she left off - many phone calls over many months trying to get some help to pay for the phone that was stolen - or some kind of compensation - and was consistently neglected. I finally let it go - but I have made it a point not to use UPS for my many mailings and shipments since then. I had never had a problem with UPS over my lifetime, but was surprised that when I did, they didn't step up and take responsibility for their mistake. I won't have a problem with them again because I won't use their services voluntarily again. It has cost them (& will continue to cost them) way more than the cost of a (even inexpensive) cell phone worth of business - just from myself and my family. Customer service is not what it used to be - even from long-time companies like UPS. Disappointing.

They are amazing. Bruno, Carlos and Triston arrived early and were so efficient with their time. They handled our belongings with care and made sure to wrap furniture that needed to be wrapped. They made sure that the each TV was transported in a tote and made sure that the TVs were all on their stands and in working order before they left. They even went above and beyond and fixed the legs on a couple of dressers that have been damaged for years. We have used a couple other moving companies in the past few years and Movers Best is by far the best one. They are very professional, friendly and extremely efficient. If anyone needs movers, Movers Best is my recommendation.

On moving day, the six-man crew and two trucks we ordered arrived right on time. Led by Andre, the team was professional, meticulous, and highly efficient. They listened carefully to our instructions, wrapped our inventory securely, and handled everything with the utmost care. You can truly tell they take pride in their work. I highly recommend Movers Best for any commercial move and will absolutely use them again for our future logistics needs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I hired them expecting professional…read moreservice, but what I got was a complete breakdown in logistics and a total lack of respect for my property. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company... that is unless you love broken furniture and terrible/non-existent customer service! The company showed up understaffed with fewer workers than we'd contractually agreed to. They didn't send the number of workers promised, which made the entire process slow, disorganized, and ultimately dangerous for my belongings. From the moment they showed up we contacted the company to address the concerns, but given we had everything scheduled logistically to be gone from our house that day, we had no option but to move forward with the smaller worker crew that showed up. Long story short, we wasted twice as long as it should have taken to get everything done due to the lack of movers. And in the process, they managed to completely break some brand new furniture in the process. It was broken so badly that they just threw it away. BUT THE WORST PART IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE: The "screw-ups" during the move were bad enough, but the aftermath has been even worse. Trying to resolve the damage and the contract breach has been a nightmare. Their customer service is dismissive and completely unwilling to take accountability for their failures. Even today, they were supposed to connect me with their claims manager (after about 5 phone calls and 5 emails), yet failed to do so as they said they would. It's clear they care more about booking jobs than actually fulfilling their contractual obligations or protecting your home. I've had to spend my own time drafting emails and fighting just to get a response regarding the property they destroyed. Do not believe the hype. They are understaffed, they break your furniture, and they will leave you hanging when it comes time to make it right. STAY AWAY.

In contrast, my mom recently used a different moving company and they showed up late, high, and moved incredibly slow because they were charging by the hour (they kept stopping to get in their phones). And, don't get me started on their hidden fees. I told my mom, "You should have used Two Men & a Truck."

Friday I had 3 movers come move just the heavy furniture. Everything was going smoothly up until the movers went on their lunch break (over an hour) when they told me it's only going to be 30 mins. When moving my furniture into my new place I made sure that no damages were made. My new bed ( a month old maybe) is ruined. I pointed it out to two of the movers, stated they took pictures...they never did...and someone would be in contact. I too matters into my own hands and called Kai the customer service gal and told her what happened. The run around. Then payment comes, 5 hours...when they took an hour and 20 min lunch break and the distance between old and new house is 12 mins. Movers leave, I'm setting up tvs etc for myself and my kids, realizing my power cord from my tv is missing. Called the next day and told me they don't know when they can get it back to me. They should be dropping it off on the way home or to work or mail it. Been calling, texting, emailing and have been completely ghosted by this company. Called corporate today to get an answer from someone , a refund, and my power cord back. I am a single mom of 3 who needed to do an emergency move due to black mold in the home so this was supposed to be a stress free process which has turned into a big headache. I would not recommend these guys.
