My move was scheduled on 11/2! Although the movers arrived an hour late, they were very efficient in getting everything wrapped and down from the 5th floor to the ground floor. We had the elevator reserved and but I wasn't allowed to do more than 2 hours. Because they were late, we lost an hour of the reservation so that was upsetting initially. The move took about 7ish hours, which was a lot more than I expected for my 1 bedroom + office room, and moving 3mi away. Rus and Alex were a dream team! They had a plan for every item that needed to be wrapped. They even helped me figure out where to put my bed in the new apartment. Initially I thought we lost an item, or they packed it some place and forgot. I was a little nervous since I learned of the missing item hours after they had left. However, they promptly replied to my texts and initiated phone calls to guide me to where they had stored the items. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE. Someone referred me to Happy Home Moovers and I can't say enough great things about them. Sergei and his team were AMAZING! I was a bit nervous going into the move because they are so accommodating and flexible that it almost seemed to good to be true. But it turns out, they really are that reliable and that eager to please. The pricing is extremely fair and the crew worked incredible hard. From 8 AM to past midnight the first day and 2 PM to 2 AM the next day!!! All were extremely professional, very careful, and really went out of their way to ensure we were all settled. Honestly they made moving easy. They kept me informed when they were on there way, the moved me in and out under the estimated time, and they were all really nice. If I can give a lower star rating I would. 1 star is too much. They are scammers. Sergey bid a comparable quotation. His team showed up with a contract pressuring us for a signature which had a higher rate. Because one cannot look for somebody else to move that quickly, we confirmed to start with them. Their rates had changed before starting the move! Their vehicle broke down and they spent time to trying to fix it with jumper cables because they could not load our items into their truck.. 1 person was trying to pack which 2 other waited for their truck to be fixed - we had to pay for that time for waiting too. Initially they worked slowly starting at 9:30am and when it was getting late, they said that they would have to work over time to complete the move. They mentioned that this is a California law to charge double hourly rate for the move after normal hours. They had only moved half of our items and said they needed to do 2 trips at 5:00pm. The initial estimate of 6-8 hours went to 14 hours of which 6 hours was at double hourly rate. In the last 2 hours they started hurrying up when I said will want a discount - this is when they started getting rough with the furniture. They had slammed the furniture into the walls and created 3 major holes/gashes in our walls. They broke the electronic mechanism of our office desk which raises up and down. They were also too lazy or tired to move our large sofa out the larger front door - instead they pushed and squeezed the sofa thru the back door, damaging both the leather sofa and also the rubber seal of the back door leading into the garage. Their menacing behavior was not called for especially from Jeff. They said they would only compensate for damages at 60 cents per 100 pounds of weight. I ask you, try replacing the electronic mechanism for $20 and $30 for the leather sofa. Patching up holes for $10 and $10 for the garage door rubber seal !!! That was the discount they gave. Altogether, it was an ordeal dealing with them from 9:30am to 11:30 pm at night. Those of you reading this, please beware of this company. There are other companies you should consider and read their contract carefully and observe they work speed as they start and ensure they are not watching the FIFA cup and talking to their friends on the job!!! Literally the WORST experience I have ever had with a moving company. Top three of a long list 1) they broke a priceless family heirloom marble coffee table by dropping it off the back of their truck. 2) they stained my white furniture with dirty handprints and had to get it professionally cleaned 3) they broke my washing machine. I have no idea how this is even possible. The door hinge was was off but thought ok not a big deal and I was already so overwhelmed with the broken table that I couldn't even process the level of negligence. Upon my first use, I find that the entire spinning mechanism is broken, due to dropping that as well, causing me to call a repairman. They only deducted a meager $100 for the broken table top from a $1,300 invoice. This move has now cost me thousands of dollars, and that does not include the priceless antique table top. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this experience has been mind blowing. read more

Friendly service and priced slightly better than other quotes for the area. Jeff and Jason were professional, friendly, and very fast. They got everything done in an hour, though we did have to pay for the three hour minimum. They arrived about an hour late but we had flexibility so it wasn't a big deal. I moved from Temecula to Ventura and this move was much better than I anticipated with just a couple of hiccups. The first was no masks. That is really the reason for the 4 stars. They by default were not wearing a single mask. When I asked they said they really don't believe in them but after a few minutes they all agreed to wear them if it made me feel more comfortable. I explained I did, so the masks went on. The guys were so nice and they really worked hard. They left here so late and I felt so bad it had taken so long but I honestly couldn't have done this without them. NOTE: I just wished I had listened to the owner when he told me that we may need two trucks. I had to go back and get the rest of my things the next day with a small moving truck. read more

I booked this guys to move my 2 bedroom apartment, it wasn't the easy job since I was moving from second floor to another apartment on the second floor ( a lot of stairs ). But guys where super professional. They came in time, carefully wrapped all of my furniture, took apart my bed and the assembled it back in my new apartment. I cannot thank Eddie and Jeff enough from Happy Moovers! I have 31 big boxes shipped from oversea. Eddie and Jeff arrived on time according to the schedule I requested (after work). Eddie is very patient and he listens to me and put all the boxes in the places I asked him to. The entire process was unimaginable quick and smooth. Eddie and Jeff coordinated very well to offload all the boxes from the truck first under the stairs. And Eddie climbed the stairs to put each big and heavy box in the place where I asked him to. I posted some pictures to show what a wonderful job Eddie has done so all the boxes are nicely placed without blocking the public walking area. Jeff coordinated very well with Eddie and Jeff make the delivery process so easy and it released my anxiety of handling such a big delivery on my own! Used Happy Home Movers to move my 2BR apartment. Not a single negative thing to say, really. The communication with the owner, Sergey, was very good. Two bonus points to him: (1) after we already agreed on everything, he contacted me to shift the time to an earlier hour, knowing that it would be more convenient for me; (2) he stopped by for a few minutes to make sure, everything was going well. There was a very big truck and three movers, who all were careful, friendly, and polite, and who helped me with assembling the furniture. The apartment, where I moved into, was a bit tricky: 3rd floor, very long hallway, and access to the elevator from a low-ceiling underground parking, but everything went smoothly. The whole thing took a bit less time and cost a bit less than I expected from their estimate. Again, only positive things to say. Would absolutely use their services again. read more

I had sold my hot tub and needed to move it to its new "home".The hot tub came with the home and I had never used it so my knowledge was... minimal at best. Removing it from my backyard was going to be a challenge as the side gate was smaller than the hot tub. Sergey came out the same day that I called him, gave me a reasonable estimate, discussed his plan and coordinated with the buyer in a prompt and polite way. He came out on a Saturday with an estimate and he and his crew arrived on time on Tuesday, disassembled it and reassembled it at its new home within hours! If you don't want additional stress on moving day I would not recommend this company. One of the two guys wanted to take smoke breaks every 45 mins or so and barely worked at all while the other guy did all the work. So basically, I paid for two guys but really for 1.5 guys. It took them over 5 hours to move one person from a tiny one bedroom and I had everything boxed and in my garage except for the furniture I couldn't carry down by myself. They also failed to bring wardrobe boxes and I had to wait over an hour for the guy to deliver some. They also got a stain on my couch and didn't give any discounts but said to clean it with tide. Additionally, we left the old house at the same time but they didn't arrive at the new place for a good 25 mins after me. Not sure where they disappeared to. At the end they only subcontracted 30 mins for breaks when it should've been at least an hour. If you don't like babysitting and debating over break time, use another company. And now he is claiming I don't know what company I used as to discredit my review. I even talked to him after my move. The team was Jeff and Jamal as in the photos. I am writing this review over a month after my move cause that's how bad my experience was. read more
