Raw C16. Sesame Chicken Combo Platter

Ordered the sesame chicken and it came out visibly undercooked. The inside was pink and raw. Undercooked chicken is a serious health hazard and this was really alarming. Disappointed and will not be coming back. Would caution others to be careful.

On my hunt for the best Chinese food in town, I tried Happy Garden. I ordered the shrimp Szechuan-style in tomato sauce, expecting something spicy with mixed veggies--but it turned out to be shrimp smothered in diced onions with no spice at all. A bit of a letdown since I love spicy food, but I'll definitely give them another try and order something more familiar, like shrimp with broccoli. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming, which I really appreciate. The staff were quiet, efficient, and quick with takeout orders. I'd consider dining in next time.

I placed an online order today and the food was delicious! Fast delivery through DoorDash. I'm not sure why the low ratings here I had no issues at all. I will definitely order from Happy Garden again!

I had chicken broccoli and it was delicious. The inside is really nice good seating comfortable and very clean.

Needed to pick up dinner quickly, I dropped into Happy Garden to get some takeout. Ambience: on the outside, this place looks like a typical Chinese takeout, especially the menu. Once I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. It looked quite spacious and clean with a lot of tables for dine-in. Food: I ordered the usual for the kids: Chicken Broccoli - tender chicken with fresh broccoli. It was very tasty, but slightly oily. 3/5 General Tso's chicken - chunks of fried chicken coated in tangy sweet and spicy sauce. 4/5 Beef with string beans - the string beans had a crunchy and fresh snap to them. 4/5 TL/DR: one of the better Chinese takeouts in Long Island.

Chicken lo mein lunch special was very good. The right amount of sauce and the rice and noodles were fresh. Picked up lunch to go, and it was ready super fast.

Really good beef with broccoli and chicken lo mein. Quick delivery with grubhub. Thai tea is good as well and I order without ice so it doesn't get watery when delivering.

The food is great, fast service, one of my favorite Chinese food restaurants. Renovated the interior too so now there's a new ambiance.

New York Chinese food with a lot of love on top of that - it does not get better than this. Ok it…read moredoes: 1) The best egg drop soup in NY 2) Really, really good dinner combo C 23, the General Tso's Chicken with really good, juicy, crispy and tasty chicken and minimal batter in that gorgeous, sweet n tangy and slightly spicy rich sauce. Then the smoky and sweet pork fried rice. Oh wait, how about that egg roll; I am talking about the perfect balanced flavorful moist filling yet crispy non greasy crust as you smile and get into that packet of duck sauce. 3) The owner is something else. I ate in( about 7 chairs) and loved seeing the regulars popping in every few minutes to get their pick up orders that she already knew about including the omissions and special needs. Just a lovely, loving person whose kindness makes the food taste even better. 4) The inside is simple. Hey they pack a punch and it is a knockout! 5) She does not charge a cc processing add on fee. We wanted to go to an old school eat in Chinese restaurant but didn't feel like travelling far so…read morewe stumbled upon this gem. We were served tea and crispy noodles with duck sauce immediately when we sat. The tea was very good. Drinks are very reasonable compared to other restaurants. My cosmo and my husband's Zobie were $13.00 each. The menu is extensive. It's authentic but they have classic dishes also. We had the tangerine beef and general tso's chicken. The beef was good, but the chicken dish was excellent and white meat only. The portions are huge so next time we will probably split a meat dish and a noodle dish. The larger round tables have a lazy Susan in the center and would be perfect for a group to share. Restaurant was clean and bright. You can tell it used to be a diner but we didn't care about that. I'm looking forward to going back.

From the moment you walk in, the entire team is welcoming and warm, but Tiffany truly stands out. She is gracious, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful--someone who remembers you and makes you feel like more than just a table. Tonight, when things slowed down a bit, we had the chance to catch up and share a few laughs, which made the evening feel even more special. As for the food, it was just as impressive. I had the twin lobster with ginger and scallion over E-Fu noodles--rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. My husband ordered his usual--eggs with mixed vegetables--which isn't on the menu, but they always accommodate when possible. He thoroughly enjoyed it, as he always does. Fresh, delicious food paired with standout, heartfelt service is exactly why we keep coming back. This place has truly become one of our regular favorites.
