Came in here to purchase an item and asked for a receipt. Stoner behind the counter gave me the credit card slip, not an actual itemized receipt. When I told him I needed an actual receipt, he said he wasn't able to and ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Take it easy, guy. I'm sure your boss has a way to give customers receipts on request as it's probably the law. Sure enough the guy looked at the computer and figured out how to email me a receipt. The staff is always very knowledgeable and exceptionally kind. If they don't have something you're looking for, they will go out of their way to call the other locations and get you what you need.
