I submitted an order last week and left my clothes in a locker, and the clothes simply just sat there for a week, with no one coming to pick them up. I attempted to contact both Tide Cleaners and the cleaning company that actually services the lockers in my building, but received zero response from either. Thankfully, the code that I used to lock the locker also worked to unlock it, so I was at least able to get my clothes back. The app is also super buggy, and occasionally doesn't allow you to log into your account, so I would pass on this service.

My favorite part is that all the machines are high quality and take credit card. It's so nice to not have to hoard cash for trips here, just swipe and go! Both the left and right walls are completely filled with dryers, so there are always plenty of empties to choose from. While there isn't a ton of stuff to do in the immediate area, I have been able to pop over to a neighboring Vietnamese restaurant for dinner while waiting. There's also a gas station across the street. Overall, I like coming here and feel like my clothes get well-cleaned every time!
