The shop is clean and pretty chill. They are also pretty decently priced. You can also generally get an appointment as they do not have a waitlist. Here are my complaints. 1) The hours are strange. You are hard pressed to find them actually there. Call before you come. 2) They are slow to get back on web inquiries and their website is very dated. 3) If you don't know where you are going, you are going to get lost. Finally, I would say, that for a small unknown tattoo shop in the suburbs, they are a hidden gem.
