Love Hany's. Always a great manicure and pedicure that lasts. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Marc is my favorite, very professional and kind. If I have a problem, which seldom happens, the issue is happily resolved. The neck and back message is wonderful. I'm always relaxed and throughly satisfied when I leave Hany's. With a large staff and numerous stations, you seldom have to wait. Best to have an appointment, if you don't want to wait. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend Hany's. read more

If I could give this place 0 Stars, I would. I had an appointment for 17:30 and I wasn't serviced until almost an hour later; mind you, several people that walked in were taken before me. I was handed 2 color wheels to chose from for my powder manicure. I wasn't able to get the color I initially chose because they didn't have enough left. The other colors on the wheel were either glittery or very loud with minimal to non-existent neutral color choices. I decided to go with the powder French manicure to avoid looking like a 15 year old. My nail technician, Jennifer, tried to talk me out of the powder manicure, perhaps because it was going to be more work for her. Not sure. Anyway, she proceeded and was very rough on my cuticles, almost causing one to bleed. The final product is horrible. They're rough and bumpy at spots, even after I had her fix 2 of them. She shaped them as she saw fit, pointy round/almond, even after I asked for a natural round/square (squoval). She proceeded to give a halfhearted back/shoulder massage and as she slid her hands down my arms, I swear she was purposefully trying to cop a side boob feel. Very awkward and creepy and definitively not relaxing. $45 later (ZERO additional tip) and quite unhappy, I went home to salvage the botched job that Jennifer did. I reshaped them and added an iridescent top coat to hide her hideous bumpy technique. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I'm certain there are better options to choose from in this area. read more

While she was doing my nails I realized that I left my wallet at the hotel. I said that she could keep my jewelry until I returned, she said that wasn't necessary. Messy paint job, rough, asked to shorten nails when I first walked in was a problem they had to use clippers and not just a file. I've never received such terrible customer service and do not expect to return. I was in town for the holidays and came with my sister who I never get to see and only had a few hrs with. They sat us together but then halfway through they moved me to a back room and wouldn't give me an explanation beyond the station was busy and my sister needed a special machine. We told them the situation and they didn't care. Apparently a women came in who gives them gifts so they felt it was appropriate to move someone mid service because they're only getting a manicure, which was just ok. read more

Absolutely horrible, I decided to go to get waxed. I just wanted my upper lip done. The woman waxing me rushed and did not give the wax time too cool. She placed boiling hot wax on my face and completely burnt my lip. Then they refused to refund me and tried to give me a gift card instead. By far the worst nail salon I have ever gone too. Hit or miss. Been going there since they opened. Service was way better in the beginning but as business grew some technicians seem a little less anxious to please. I have gotten some of the best gel's that have last three weeks and others a matter of days. If you can manage to get a good tech make sure you make appointments with that tech why next time. read more

Got my nails done here today for the first time. The young guy that did them spent half the time on the phone (with periodic pauses while doing my nails to deliver an especially exciting bit of chatter, frequently). Then, a bunch of other manicurist came over to join in on the call, now via speaker. More pauses to focus on the call, instead of my nails. In the end, the top coat was applied unevenly and my nails look sloppy (his response to my pointing this out, "it's okay". The lady next to me received her promotional 5 percent back when paying cash as advertised on a poster above us. My fellow's mind was already zeroing back in on his smartphone, and alas, I did not receive the same upon paying with my cash. In conclusion, you may have better service if you luck out and get a tech who cares about doing good work. But with many other nail salons available locally, why gamble? So I've been here once before with my mom, and she & I have completely opposite attitudes. She's really anal about any service she's getting, whereas I'm really laxed and bubbly. So with this in mind, I assumed that the attitude we received before was solely because of her prominently dissatisfied attitude and unappeasable aura. Lo and behold, I went back alone this morning for a simple manicure. I absolutely LOVE my nails, but the service was mediocre and jaded at best. My pleases and thank you's were met with... well, nothing. I don't know, maybe it's because I'm used to nail/ hair salons and spas being a relaxing and welcoming environment, and I expected too much enthusiasm, but I'm a stern believer in feeling comfortable when having a service done; I felt everything but welcome. This is the second time I have experienced rude behavior from an employee. The first time was on my birthday! I was in the middle of a pedicure and a male employee was intentionally taunting the female employee tending to my pedicure which made her so upset she threw the basket of supplies and ran off in tears. This past experience, a male employee kept telling me sit down sit down and I was just asking to look at the gel colors. I know that if I'm rude to my clients I'd be fired. While some of the employees of this nail salon are talented and some what friendly- most are not, particularly the males. None of the "technicians" remotely speak English- or at least they pretend not to- I have been going here for about 2 years because I really like the guy I use- but unfortunately wont be returning. I asked a question to another male while I was waiting for my appmt- we weren't understanding each other - he became frustrated with me and then started speaking about me (in Chinese- or whatever they speak- ) with the others sitting at tables-- worse yet, the owner was also sitting there and knew exactly what was happening. I have seen this same situation often while there, just never involved me- now it does- Ill take my $60 every 2 weeks and go elsewhere where they actually have some business etiquette and common sense. I went to go get a pedicure and a gel powder manicure and when to go pick out the color there were many duplicates of the same colors and when I found one I liked the nail tech looked at the color and went to "Find it", but came back not even a minute later and said there is no number on it so I can't find it when he didn't even look! Also when I was getting a pedicure the lady who was doing them DID NOT LISTEN, I said a French tip with a silver tip over it and she "forgot" the silver tip, and she was rushing me out because she knew I would say something! HORRIBLE! Gave them another chance to redeem them selves to only have Andy (the guy doing my nails) stop mid doing my nails to play a game on his phone. I gave him a few minutes and then finally I had to tell him I had to get back to work...what are you doing? He rudely ignored me and continued on what he was doing. This place is the worst. No one speaks English. I walked in with my Mother she asked for a manicure I asked for a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure when she was doing my she was very rough. I was in major pain plus I was almost bleeding from the treatment. Then they put me off to the side, I waited 30 minutes for my manicure. Nothing, I saw person after person getting helped. Finally I asked when I was going to be done, to my surprise they said you also wanted a manicure. I personally like this place! Surprised at the bad reviews. I like to come here on occasion, love their pedicure options. The pomegranate one is awesome and came with a great 15 min massage. I want to try lemongrass next. People complain that it's busy.. well yes people, it's in the middle of a very busy town! If you come on a week day it's not so bad. And cheaper. There's lots of workers so the wait usually goes quick. It has never been more than 15 mins for me. My sister and I have good experiences when we come here. read more
