Traded in my Yamaha mt10 for. New Yamaha tracer. Did the whole transaction via email/telephone. Showed up, bike was ready, numbers didn't change. Thanks to George and Reid for making it a simple process.

Jesse and Steve were nothing more than pleasant gentlemen making my purchasing experience a breeze. I came in and asked for Jesse. He helped me within minutes. Just went straight to the point of which bike I was interested in. He gave me a GREAT deal on a 2020 Yamaha R3. Definitely doesn't try to rob u like most dealerships would. He set all the paperwork up and I dealt with Steve for the financial part. All in all I spent a little less than an hour at the place. I'll definitely be coming back here for service and purchasing parts. Highly recommended.

New Stihl saw bar and chain installed on my saw.

Been using them since I moved to East Hanover over 20 years ago. For a few years they moved down 10 into whippany but are now back in East Hanover. I purchased my Honda mower, snowblower and weed wacker from them. I also purchased my Stihl saw from them. Today I needed parts for my saw. I needed a new chain. I arrived and told them my model number of saw. They couldn't find me in the system but it didn't stop them. They looked up the saw and found the chain size. I asked about changing the bar and another sales man said if the lower teeth are showing through. He asked if I had the saw. I said I'd go get it. I'm only 5 min away. I cam07936@gmail.com back with the saw and he suggested but did not push getting a new bar. He said the teeth are fine on the lower part but it's showing some signs of heat damage. I decided to get both. To my surprise, the removed the old bar and chai. And replaced both right there in front of me. They adjusted the tension and I was good to go. I will be back for a full service after I complete what I'm cutting. Definitely recommend this place for all your lawn power equipment needs.

The service was good for two weeks, and we had a written and verbal agreement to pay in installments and that was agreed upon by both parties. Service has been paid $300/$700, until I had a small accident after using my rear brakes to shift down and stop at a red light. The rear wheel locked while in motion. After close examination the brake pad he replaced is nonexistent, and the piston went through the rotor. After a simple brake service in addition to other services done, I will now have to replace the brake caliper, the piston, rotor, and new brake pad, I will now be spending double to repair the bike after his damages. Mechanic Alex has since blocked my number and ghosted me after agreeing to fix the issue he caused. I will be pursuing this issue to the highest extent of the law. Thankfully I am not dead. He has zero organization and poor communication. The issue has since been professionally diagnosed and not based on assumption! Harley compatible parts were not used for the brake servicing! Also not disclosed was the ongoing issue Alex had while doing my rear brakes, to the point that diagrams had to be looked up to determine whether or not he was correct! Not only was the tone and choice of words on the phone call I had to make from a separate number despicable but extremely rude to a customer and friend he had a personal friendship with. The issue after being professionally diagnosed was deemed not a user error but a mechanical error. Mr. Borghi since has still not returned any call or message and since deemed he is not responsible for the work done when clearly he was the only person to touch my brakes. There should be no surprise after reading this review as this will remain on his conscious forever!

I realized that this long time reputed motorcycle repair company initially established out of Fair Lawn NJ was now tucked away conveniently accessible right here in FAIRFIELD NJ. *The owner and employees are some the most kind, patient and empathetic folks I've come across in this recent industry.. where there can be a lot of ego; rushed tending; and, assembly line care that only brushes the surface of all that should matter. I was nervous and anxious starting new care to my vehicle due to past ill-handled business dealings, but I was handled with the utmost respect and consideration! Especially when it came time to pay, the bill was more than fair and that's hard to come by in our current world climate coupled with that was their sense of humanity surrounding my slight 'woman in distressing'. I pleasantly learned THEY DO A SURPRISING AMOUNT OF AUTOMOBILE WORK as well. I was in dire need of a 'Fred Flintstone hole' in the driver footbed to be be repair!ed! They did a *lovely job* and handed back my aged vehicle in better cleanliness than it was left to them. I'm looking forward to tackling my auto issues with them one at a time. It's a plus that I can leave my car to be taken care of here down the way while I'm at work.

My bike feels night and day different (i.e., perfect balance between quick turn in and stability). I've had experience working with other talented and customer focused suspension guys in other locations such as Dave Moss and I would put Ron right up there with them. From the very first call, I could tell he cared more about me as a rider than someone who would just be spending money at his shop. This was reinforced when I came in for my first adjustment and he and his team (Scott) took their time in getting me set up, explaining what they were doing and why, and having me go test ride it before calling it in a day. Ron even went above and beyond, in my opinion, when he researched some hard to find Ohlins specs for my bike because of additional changes I wanted to make. Coming from NYC, the trip is easily ~90 minutes one-way and I can say it's without a doubt worth it. Given his clientele that I've witness during my visits (e.g., street riders, track riders, traditional suspension, electronic suspension, new bikes, old bikes, etc.), I know I'm not the only one who thinks so. Thanks Ron, Scott, and team for being a suspension place I can rely on!

I was also happy to see the Motorcycle Mall name come to Monmouth because I had fond memories of buying my first motorcycle at their shop in Belleville in 1996. When the touchscreen on my 2020 Yamaha FX SVHO Waverunner stopped responding, I called the dealership close to my house in Tom's River. They told me that because they were prepping everyone's skis for the summer they had no appointments available and that I should call some time after Memorial Dsy just to try to get an appointment. They also let me know that mine was a common problem and that the parts were delayed and difficult to get. I called Motorcycle Mall and was able t speak with James who confirmed what Toms River told me but suggested I get it to them to diagnose. He gave me a drop off appointment for the following week. When I arrived, there was no question that they were just as taxed with servicing existing customers also eager to start their PWC season. The place was a bit of a madhouse. Construction, painting, and customers and their machines everywhere. The staff not only assured me that they would get to my ski that week but they had someone come and unhook the trailer from my truck with the same care I use myself. They understood the value of my possessions to me and could not have been more respectful. Both Teddy and James explained to me that the parts were likely going to be delayed but they needed to diagnose the problem in order to get the process started. I left the ski and as promised, they assessed it the very next day and called me immediately to tell me they were going to start the warranty process and order the needed parts but again warned me that it could be weeks and maybe even months. I got a call about two weeks later saying the part was in and that they wanted to schedule the repair. Expecting multiple week delay, I was shocked when James asked me about MY schedule and preference to get it to them. He explained that it should be a quick job and we decided it would be dropped off the following week. When I returned with it I got the same five star service with assistance unhooking and I left. I got a call the next day and was told I could pick it up at any time. No charge for the service at all. No extra fees that I could have expected. When I went back to get it I was extremely grateful for the way my case was handled. The place was still chaotic but James and Teddy gave me their undivided attention. When I said that I would have understood if they put me off until they could get some of the work off their desks at this time of year, Teddy told me that they genuinely care about their customers and understand how much their equipment means to them. I have a stressful job like so may do and my ability to get on the water is a significant contributer to my mental health. These guys get it. With the decline of customer service in all industries the response I got from Teddy, James and their staff was actually shocking. I would adamantly recommend using them for the service of all of your power sport toys. Five stars isn't enough! Thank you motorcycle mall. I picked up my ski and went right to the ocean! Be safe friends.
