I brought my Ram 5500 dump truck here due to a front end collision. The work took about what I…read morethought, I got the truck back and was happy. They performed collision repair work, front end aligment, full brake job. I drove the truck for a short period before one day we noticed a noise in the front driver's wheel. I turned around right away and was lucky to get truck home. I contacted them about the problem but the owner didn't contact me till the following week. My mechanic said the wheel was about to fall off. He said they should have not missed this, between doing the front-end damage work, alignment it was missed all three times. The owner Jose actually tried to blame me! LOL. They refused to pay anything so I will be filing court claim in Morristown soon. How hard is it to just own your mistakes? SAD!!!

I went back the following Friday to book the appointment, but had a simple question about the front spoiler. I was received by a different, older, unfriendly man. I was told Jayson was in the back, too busy and he couldn't get him. Furthermore, this man couldn't help me because he didn't write the initial quote up. The worst part is, he told me I should know better than to come in on a Friday because that is when all cars are being picked up and they are too busy to discuss anything with me. He was extremely rude and frazzled. I was the only person in the waiting area at the time and told him I was not in a rush. I explained that I wasn't in the auto body business and could not have known that Friday's were a bad day to ask a question. If he was nicer, I would have gladly came back on a better day. Needless to say, I went elsewhere and they lost my business for ever. I was beyond blown away how someone in a customer service business could treat someone so poorly. If one person can't handle the front desk on a Friday, then perhaps they should higher someone else.

Three things needed to be done and they were 0 for 3 in not only assessing what needed to be done, but repeatedly kept getting it wrong and inexplicably wanting to say it wasn't their fault that they didn't assess things as thoroughly as a professional place would. In fact, it was much worse than that, which is bad enough. But the real probem is that they simply wouldn't/can't/don't accept ANY responsibility for anything. They even came close to turning on each other when others weren't around, implying that they, specifically, wouldn't have made the mistakes that the ever-elusive and vague 'someone else' did. Don't waste your time here - the frustration they cause is exhausting and certaonly not worth the time and/or grief.
