He lost my rear windows which cost me over $1000 to replace. In addition, the undercarriage had gaps that you could drop your keys through. To repair I had to remove his undercoat and patch the holes at a cost of $800. Plus there were several drips in the paint job. My biggest problem is he refuses to return my calls that help me out. I'm out over $1800 and am furious. Not a good businessman.

While I was waiting for the tow truck, George from the Valero gas station noticed I was stopped in a dangerous spot and came over to check on me. Even though I wasn't there for service, he helped me move my car to a safer area and made sure I was okay. That kind of kindness is rare and meant so much in a stressful moment. Maria's Towing also arrived quickly, and the driver was incredibly friendly and professional. He checked the car, took photos, explained what he thought might be wrong, and made sure I stayed warm and dry in the truck while he loaded my car in the rain. Both George and the tow truck driver turned a really difficult day into something a little easier. I'm truly grateful for their help and compassion.
