Sooo delicious and great prices! Service was really great! The fries were really delicious and had a very interesting tomato/pepper dipping sauce that went with it. Loved the restaurants modern vibe with connection to its culture. read more

Very delicious flavors, especially liked the chicken kebab. Unfortunately you cant order the chicken shawarma unless youre ordering to go or at lunch. Otherwise the food is still very good. Maybe a little pricey for the amount of food you get. But would still come again. read more

Here's the corrected paragraph: I love the vibes of this restaurant, and the food is great. However, today when I went for lunch, they forgot my order not once, but twice. First, we asked for an appetizer, and they forgot. This was fine as we weren't in a rush. They brought my friend's order, which was okay. We reminded them about the appetizer, and they eventually brought it. I waited for my order, but it never arrived. They seated another table, and their order came faster than ours. I was a little annoyed because it was clear that my order had been forgotten. Perhaps they mixed up the orders, which I would completely understand if they were busy, but the restaurant wasn't very crowded. read more

The food was okay, nothing special. I enjoyed the locally sourced aspect but really that was it. The salads were underdressed and bland. The mushroom Kabob had a grittiness to it, and the lamb was very gamey. Although there were also a lot of vegetarian options which was great. The portions were very tiny, given that the prices were a bit high. The ambience was nice, beautiful interior decor. The drinks were not good. Which kinda sucked because the friend who recommended it had told me about the drinks. Which are around $18-$20 each. I just expected a better presented drink with multiple flavor profiles and they weren't that. I would not return or recommend this restaurant. read more

On the pricier side, but they take traditional dishes and upscale them with creative ingredients and flavors. I highly recommend the pickled salad made with romesco and cauliflower. It was truly eye opening. Since we tried that, we have wanted to come back. This is a little out of the way for us so we haven't managed it yet. read more

The doors here are REALLY heavy. It might seem like the door is locked, but it's actually just really hard to open. I came in for lunch and there was plenty of seating available. We were directed to order at the counter, but there isn't a large format menu available so we looked at one of the small menus taped onto the wall. Eventually we were told to take a seat and decide since the area to look at the menu and order is quite narrow. We were only allowed to take one menu to look at even though there was a stack of menus available and it wasn't very busy. I ordered the zatar wrap with falafel and made sure to return the menu. The falafel was moist and the wrap was well seasoned. The food was fine, but $15+tip for a small wrap was pretty steep. read more

I love Hanoon. It's one of a bunch of great restaurants in the Totem Lake Village complex. The have really great services, some incredible cocktails (try the Industry Party), and the food is fantastic. I've been 2 times in the last couple weeks. Once I sat with a friend in the dining room, and once at the bar. Service was friendly both times, and they made great recommendations. I HIGHLY recommend the turmeric marinated steak kabob. The ambiance is really nice and the music feels like you are in an upscale lounge. The managers always thank you for coming in. I can't wait to go back since I live in the area. read more

Being a fan of Nadi Mama restaurants, I was quite shocked at what we got! With out of town guests wanting to eat the best Mediterranean Food and us being fans of Mamnoon, we decided to do a take out from Hanoon for a relaxed evening at the waterfront. We ordered $180 worth of food and haven't been so disappointed We got the mezze with the Arabic bread which was good. The fries was good. Now with most of us being vegetarians we got about eight falafel wraps. Oh my! I have no words. Each falafel was was so dense and hard as rock. The wrap itself was very dry( not enough sauces), add to it the dense falafels to make it a "crappy meal". Maybe it was an off day. Maybe next time will be better. But I just spent a whopping $180 on mediocre food that's hard to digest ( pun intended!) So, yes not going back anytime soon. read more

We got a chicken shawarma sandwich. It was filled with chicken and fries. Taking one star off cause it was a little dry for us.

Grabbed the chicken shwarma for lunch today and it was pretty good! They have a convenient take out window for those on the go and I was able to order and pay right away. The wrap was freshly made and seemed like a pretty healthy choice for lunch. The wrap was whole wheat, the chicken was juicy, good amount of veggies, the fries inside could have been crispier, and the sauce added a lot of flavor. Not greasy at all! Good choice of you're looking for something healthy while in the area! read more

I came and ordered a za'atar wrap and added chicken shawarma. The za'atar is good and the chicken shawarma was good, I do wish that there was a heavier hand on the seasoning. Hope there are plans to add more to the menu, like some kibbeh or *inshallah* kibbeh bil sanieh . I will say that this place is definitely geared toward people who don't eat Arab food a lot in my opinion. Like an introduction into the flavors if you would. The wrap was good though cuz hey it's za'atar and the four stars are due to the proximity of this place to my house (a three minute walk) and because the customer service was fantastic. read more

Food & Ambiance are second to none. Everything on the menu is cravable! So glad to see Mamnoon come East. I had the mezza appetizer, chicken shawarma and baklava. The best baklava ever - light and flaky crust melts in your mouth. They also have a fabulous bar! read more

Hanoon - Amazing bar. An artistic masterpiece!!! - Middle Eastern Near Me - Kirkland, Washington

Decent food but way overpriced for the quantity of food you get. I ordered a "lamb kefta" with a side of "jeweled rice". Everything tasted good, but the rice (a good sized bowl) was separate from the kefta, for $8. The kefta was a single "skewer" worth of meat, about 8" long. It came with their side salad, also a very small portion. This was $29. The "baklawa" was barely larger than 1"x1" and was $3.50. All in all, decent food, adequate service (granted, the restaurant was fairly empty), but very overpriced. Also, I went in around 5pm and was never offered a happy hour menu. I didn't even know about it until I went to their website to verify the prices above and saw it should have been available 3-6 every day. This should have saved me a couple bucks on my drink, which I'm a little annoyed by. read more

Hanoon is a great place to catch up with friends and the ambience is great! Food-wise, it's mediocre and overpriced. And I've had better Mediterranean food elsewhere. We had Baba Ganush, Chicken Shwarma and a Lamb entree. My favorite was the fries that they served on the side. So overall, if you're looking for a place to hangout with friends, then I'd recommend Hanoon. If not, I think there are other places in Totem Lake that's worth a try! read more

The falafel sandwich is very good, but OMG their fries and homemade spicy ketchup is insanely good. I will also say that they have a nice NA drink menu, including Rose, which is nice to see. We went there for lunch and the service was perfect! Our food was really good! I had lahm bi ajine, the pomegrante molasses and mint was stellar! It was just the right size! My friend had the chicken shawara and it was huge! She really like it tho. They came with a salad and fries. The fries were awesome! I was checking out the dinner menu and it looks incredible! Will have to try it again! read more

Yum! We had a great "brunch" at 2:00pm on a Sunday. The flavors of each dish were so unique and vibrant, we sighed with each bite. Our server had great recommendations. The muhammara was a delicious and hardy starter, I'm so glad we chose it because the whole mezze looked good. We could have just eaten with a spoon it was so good but every bite with bread as just right. If shakshuka is on the menu anywhere I'll always order it and this one was unlike any I have had, in a great way, perfect mix of yoghurt and tomato-spice sauce. My spouse ordered the hanoon breakfast which was a great way to try a little of everything. The potatoes were the biggest surprise with unique spices that melted in our mouths with the littlest gentle crunch too. The espresso martini was delish and apricot sumac-iri drink was a good combination of fruity and rich. Our 16 month old daughter happily had bites of everything and enjoyed the meal just as much as we did. read more

I love Mamnoon so when Hanoon opened, I was ecstatic! Started out with only take out window but now full service indoor is available (have not tried yet). I have tried their chicken shawarma as a salad (for carb conscious people) and as a wrap. I love that you have that option and it is one of my favorite things on the menu. Fried halloumi is ALWAYS delicious and I ordered that as a side. I also have tried the za'atar wrap which is another great option - refreshing because of the mint and parsley. I also ordered the baba ghanoush but they just give it to you in a plastic container (same one that you find in the grocery store for their store branded products). I want to go back and try their dine in service because I believe they have added things to their menu (beyond the take out menu). There is also limited seating outside in an area that is between Hanoon and Salt and Straw! read more

Taste is fresh and flavorful. The only Mediterranean restaurant my wife likes, we've eaten there weekly since they opened. If you get fries, or ask for hot sauce, you receive a dark red sauce that is like a cross between ketchup and an Indian chutney. It is not hot, 1.5 stars maybe, but it is savory and tasty. Favorite was the Za'atar wrap, fragrant, fresh tasting, yumm. Baba Ganoush and hummus round out the deliciousness. The fries have a spiced red pepper flake, not the usual, wish it was available on the side. read more

The food is mediocre, shawarma wrap has nothing to do with the authentic shawarma sandwich! It's just a chicken wrap ( they should change the name to chicken wrap or whatever but not shawarma ), falafel was okay but salty and extremely small portion for the price, 3 times I asked for mint lemonade without ice and always get it filled up(70% it's lame) , I think the owner is training the servers to save and argue over one sep of lemonade. Just like in Mamnoon thy manage to make you leave unhappy with their customer service, mediocre and over priced. read more

Finally had the chance to try the highly anticipated Hanoon today! They have not opened for dine-in service, but currently offer window ordering/pickup service while they complete renovations. As a sister restaurant of the famous Mamnoon, Hanoon certainly did not disappoint! We tried the chicken schawarma wrap which was packed with wholesome ingredients and absolutely delicious (10/10!). The harra frites were nice and spicy albeit on the saltier side - comes with two dipping sauces. Don't forget to try out their drinks too- the mint lemonade with orange blossom water was so refreshing and the perfect complement to the mains. We're already excited for our next visit to try the other items on the menu. There's also a cute patio sitting area by the ordering window where you can enjoy your food. I'm confident this will become a super popular dining destination within the Totem Lake Village mall! read more

Hanoon - Hanoon menu as of July 2022 - Middle Eastern Near Me - Kirkland, Washington

Love their hummus and baba Ganoush and their cookies! I enjoy their coffee last time.

Very nice decor however I'm not there for the decor. Falafel wrap was ok, massive mint leaves in the wrap wasn't the best flavor. i grew up eating fresh falafel often and this wasn't that. The lamb wrap not gonna lie was terrible with a horrible flavor. The cauliflower dish was good and so was the eggplant dip. Just not authentic for me. read more

Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting money. They do pretty close to the minimum. You have to order and check out your tab at the front of the restaurant, yet it's priced like a top-tier full-service establishment. The service was awkward and unenjoyable, and the food/drinks were not worth it by any means. Oh, and their payment kiosk is set to tip on top of the total including tax if you choose the default options. Who does that? Moushakal: DO NOT BUY THIS!!! $28 gets you four tiny salt bombs and three low-tier and small pieces of arabic bread. Shawarma Chicken Wrap Combo: Chicken was dry, and lacked flavor. You should know that $24 gets you a lunch-sized portion. I didn't personally have these, but my friends had similarly poor opinions after getting these items: Lahm Bi Ajine Combo Cucumber Cooler read more

We had a leisurely late lunch at Hanoon on a cold, clear Saturday. We each had a cocktail off their specials list and they were great, though light on the pour. We ordered the combo mise platter and the flafel. Mise was great, falafel just OK. Service was attentive. Music selection was eclectic and just on the edge of too loud. read more

Really great food and great service! Cookies are amazing! Lots of vegetarian options!

Over priced for the amount of food. A shawarma sandwich is $25!!! What's in it? Gold? That's a $17 sandwich not $25. Then u add a beer And tip u walk out with $42 for 1 person. This is not a fancy place because it doesn't have the fancy vibe . It's not an Italian place either ... the dishes are simple meat wrapped in bread and French fries ! Another time We ordered a sampler for $28 and it was microscopic. I was shocked. We had to ask 3 times for bread and they charge for bread !!! I'm from Los Angeles and for $28 you get a large tray of food and bread is unlimited . Come on , u charge $28 for a few ounces and yet charge for extra bread ? Definitely not going back. This place is over priced in sanely read more

Ok this one is hard, it could be a nice restaurant, but the high prices and tiny portions will keep me from coming back. Drinks are super overpriced and more expensive than shown online and the food menu was super small and had only 2 meat choices. I saw menus here online, but they seem to differ from what we got? There were no wraps on ours and the menu was much more expensive and smaller??? Food wise, the chicken was delicious, but only a single skewer with some herbs on the side, the price did not include any rice or fries etc. The lamb was ok, but dry and not nearly as good as the chicken. Same issue here, no side for $28, the fries and rice were another $9! I have to say though, the fries were amazing, I would just eat that coming back. This is by no means a high end place, but they sure charge the prices. Service was very attentive though and there is plenty of parking in the garage behind. read more

tik tok sent us here! Influencers overhyped this restaurant. Long wait for 2 people, probably waited 30 mins to be seated at around 1pm for a late lunch. Plenty of tables but severely understaffed. Food was decent. Meat on the falafel was very dry. Hummus is to die for!! read more

Husband and I walked by and decided to try the restaurant. Promptly seated, but waited about 15 minutes before server came by. We were just about to leave. No one even acknowledged us and said," we'll be right with you," nothing. Small portions for the price, like other reviewers mentioned. Jeweled rice was hard and dry. Fried haloumi way too salty. Lamb kefta tasty, but it's like paying $28 for a single hamburger patty with a not-so-tasty side salad. I could go on, but I think you get the gist. We won't be back. read more

We came here on a early friday evening to have a nice dinner out. It was around 5pm and there were only 3 other tables. After they seated us, no one came to our table or even acknowledged us for 15 min. When we asked one of the workers we were ready to order he said that our server should be coming by and pointed her out. She was taking orders from tables that had come in after us. When she was done we were able to get her attention and said that we were ready but she said that she was not our server. Frustrated and with a hungry baby we ended up leaving due to the disorganization and just terrible service. read more
