Although there is a dietician on site, she wasn't on site when I arrived that day, so seeing her here has to wait, but from what I've heard, she too is also very good with her customers and takes as much time and explanaations as what the customer and her feels fit to get the point accross(despite the free to nominal cost to use that service) is to afford. You would think that a store like Rite Aid would have reserves in their safe for such issues and that workers, especially management would do all they can to solve a simple problem as such. And to make it even worse, the other side changes too. This store's setup with their aisle system makes me quite bezerk, and made me want to leave after I saw the store. Other than that, the store looked clean, and well-stocked (but not over-stocked) in products. Employees seemed to be confident in knowing their products. Other negatives slightly outside the store were the one entrance/exit was an entrance only (from Flatbush Ave/Route 32) but you can't see that until you are down near the bottom of the road. More signage needed-perhaps even a "Do Not Enter" sign at the very top of the entrance where people can see this. The entrance/exit from the Bypass seems tricky, trying to cross several lanes of heavy traffic, especially at near rush-hour at night! When I factored in everything in this experience and when I say that I was unable to find my product (which I noticed they had several other "As Seen on TV" products but not mine), this experience wasn't too enjoyable for me. On a more personal note, I was looking for at least one (if not two) Forever Lazy products, but was unable to find them, and no one came up to see if they could help me look.

I had purchased my fave Threshold brand sheet sets online about 5ish pm on a Friday and was able to pick them up easily here. And even though I didn't pick up my items within their "2hr/Your order is ready" slot, my purchases were waiting for me when I came here 20 minutes before closing. Thank you.
