I wanted some blue crabs and shrimp to eat so I opted for the X-Large males a dozen ($89) and some X-Large shrimp to be steamed. I also made sure I grabbed some snow crabs and shrimp to go in my freezer to save for later seafood cravings. When I tell you the fisherman hooked me up! Ba...by he hooked me up! I bought a dozen and the "extras" he threw in were about 8 extra! I was like wow this is what I'm talking about custmer service above and beyond! As I waited for my deliciousness to be steamed to perfection I grabbed some corn and shrimp and clam chowders. And they were so tasty I can't wait to go back to get more. My seafood took about 30 mins to steam and I just took in the ambience of all the scenery of the wharf which is even when cold a great as I waited. You already know I will be back! Seafood is LIFE!

The extra large crabs were $109 a dozen, so I grabbed a half dozen... and BABY... when I tell you those crabs did NOT disappoint!! They were BIG, heavy, and FULL! Not the prettiest things either--rusty, ugly little shells--but don't let that fool you. Honeyyyy, they were sweet, juicy, and packed with meat! I absolutely indulged with zero regrets. And let's talk about that butter I ordered on the side... whew! That just took everything over the top. Shoutout to the guys at Jesse Taylor--they did their thing! Great crabs, great flavor, and always worth the stop when I'm in the area. I'll definitely be back... even if it's just once a year! We had the Maryland Crab Soup, New England Clam Chowder (best ever!) and 1lb of Jumbo Shrimp ($26/lb) before hoping on the Water Taxi nearby for a sightseeing tour to Georgetown and back. The side of fries were great -- crispy and well-seasoned. I liked that the lobster roll had a specific price on the menu and not just "MP." The branzino was also very good. Everyone else had good things to say about their dishes, which included the clam chowder, seafood linguini, and caesar salads. Service was good but uneven in spots; there were some nice touches, but also a few misses. For example, they poured the canned beer for us tableside and remembered a guest's birthday with a small slice of cheesecake (free). But, they forgot crackers to go with the clam chowder, didn't deliver dishes to the correct people, and were a few minutes late bringing the last entree after all the others had arrived. We were told to send an email explaining the situation, which we did two weeks ago, followed by another email one week ago. To date, we have received no response at all. This is extremely frustrating. Not only were we effectively double charged, but the complete lack of follow-up or customer service is unacceptable. We expected much better from a restaurant of this caliber. At the very least, communication and basic billing accuracy should be handled properly.
