    LOBSTER ROLL + SOUP (L)

If you are craving a lobster roll you have found the place to go. This roll was absolutely delicious and packed full of lobster. They really didn't skimp out! I'll be dreaming of this for days!! Also ordered the lobster bisque and it was just as good The service was also great! We were greeted with big smiles and welcoming words.

I've heard great things about Georgetown Seafood so I was excited to try! It's a great place with amazing workers and delicious food! I had a yummy lobster roll with French fries. Everything was warm and I enjoyed a day outside. I will easily be back whenever I'm craving fresh and good quality seafood.

After soaking in the views of the waterfront by Georgetown waterfront park, this spot was a short walk uphill and the place I had bookmarked for lunch. I ordered the crabcake and lobster bisque for dine in. The cashier even asked me if I wanted them to serve the dishes together which was really attentive of them. I found some seating on the second floor and the staff even brought the food up to me! I know I came for the seafood but was absolutely blown away by the five star service! The staff were super king and kept asking if we needed anything the entire time we were dining in. They also proactively brought cups of water and utensils as well as an extra basket for my brother so that we could share the order. Once others are finished eating, the staff were super quick to clear and clean the tables. This is the service that all five stars or those $$$ restaurants should aspire for honestly. The crab cake was pretty decent and good for the given price. Not the best I've ever had though. The lobster bisque was also pretty good and stirring the soup seemed to enhance the seafood flavor. It was a very creamy and filling soup. Bathroom was immaculately clean and had no smell. 10 out of 10 would recommend visiting this spot if in the area!

Food 10/10 Service 10/10 Ambiance 10/10 My husband and I stumbled into this place and it was delicious. The Mayo lobster roll is not to be missed. The service was also excellent they made sure they touched every table and held the door for every guest. It didn't go unnoticed.

I immediately was greeted with a very nice smile and welcome when I arrived. It was around 3:20pm on a Tuesday so it wasn't super busy. I planned on visiting on off hours as I read from other Yelper's its small and you may have to sit outside. No way, not today. People were seated upstairs. I chose to have the downstairs to myself. I already knew what I wanted. I ordered the single crab cake, hush puppies, and potato salad. I will come back to try the Lobster roll. Today was a crabcake day. They were very nice and let me sample the coleslaw and the potato salad. They immediately got me a cup of ice water while I ordering my food because it was hot. The staff went above and beyond and you can tell the Manager, Ny, leads by example. She was training and she was awesome. The food was hot and fresh. I didn't have to add hot sauce or black pepper to anything. It was good and properly seasoned.

I was strolling in Georgetown and got a little hungry. I had been craving seafood but also grilled cheese and I was hoping somewhere in the area had something on the menu that combined both! Georgetown Seafood did not disappoint. The staff was friendly, the service was efficient and the food was amazing. The lobster grilled cheese was packed with gooey cheese and ample lobster, packed with flavor. The fries were perfectly crisped. I dined in and enjoyed the homey atmosphere and a lovely view of the georgetown streets. If in the area, stop in and give them a try!

Stopped by Georgetown Seafood while in DC and was seriously impressed. The lobster roll was fantastic--fresh, generous, and perfectly done. It was so good that we came back again the very next day, which says everything. On top of the food, the employees were extremely nice and welcoming. Super friendly service and a great overall vibe. If you're in Georgetown and craving seafood, this spot is a must.

I wish I knew about this place sooner. It was soooo good. It's a small restaurant with some outdoor seating. You might have to take the food to go if there's not enough room. The service was good. The staff knows they're popular so they're very efficient. The food was really delicious. The lobster was flavorful. The fried were perfectly crispy. I can't wait to come back.

Yummy, cozy spot with outdoor seating and small indoor seating both upstairs and downstairs. The service is absolutely wonderful and pleasant. Let's see, did I like the bisque or lobster roll best??? Or the hush puppies??? Or the clam chowder??? All of it was yummy!!! Seriously glad this is where we came. Parking can be ugh but worth it. We came around 11:30 and no line. There was one by noon for sure. Will definitely hit this restaurant again!!! As a Californian I can say it as hella good lol

Outstanding! If I could rate higher than 5 I would!! We went twice in a weekend and took lobster bisque and clam chowder soup to go. Lobster rolls, fried oysters and fish bites soooo good. Fries and hush puppies are great sides. The staff was excellent as well. Must go!!

Pros: All the food we tried; (Warm lobster roll-lots of lobster meat, fried fish-great flavor, fried shrimp-plump, lobster bisque-good flavor, hush puppies, some of the best I have had, great tartar sauce) Extremely kind service. All the service people we encountered were kind. Outdoor seating on a nice day is great to eat your meal. Cons: Not a lot seating inside but if it's nice outside, grabbing a table outside is great.

This spot is definitely a hidden gem in Georgetown! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. When placing my order, I was torn between two dishes, but the lovely lady at the counter shared what the restaurant is best known for and offered excellent suggestions. She even gave me samples of the sides to help me decide, which was a thoughtful touch! I'm not usually a fan of hush puppies since I don't like corn, but these were perfectly golden and crispy with no noticeable pieces of corn. I decided on the crabcake sandwich with fries, and it was good! She mentioned it might take about 15 minutes, which I appreciated. Another kind lady came around offering ice water to guests, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The crabcake was flavorful with lumps of crabmeat. A few fries were a bit underdone, but overall, everything else was good. that.

They were packed with flavor, but were slightly overcooked. We were short a crab, but we never mentioned it. At the time we got to the end it was so filling we didn't even bother. It was my niece and nephews first time having a Maryland style crab picking session. We also got the Mac and cheese (which I have to admit was way too oily), and I forgot to get a photo. We also got salads, which were pretty standard salads. As for the location, it is hidden away on a small hillside in the suburbs of DC. There isn't a ton of parking. The restaurant is unassuming. It was frigid outside, but both the "indoor" patio, with heaters was warm, and inside the restaurant. The interior is a bit "cafe" ish, with standard 2-4-6 top tables. I would say they couldn't fit more than 100 people in these two rooms at once. But don't fret, there is an additional basement and bar area! The bathrooms are downstairs on the bottom floor, so this may be something to consider if you have anyone with special needs who cannot get up and down stairs. Overall, we will definitely go back, and appreciate the space and the food. It's pretty wonderful for a quaint crab house! I've already recommended it to other folks!

On my recent visit, I stopped by on a Wednesday at 6 PM. The place was pretty quiet since it was mid-week and there weren't any sports games nearby. We had some wine ($14/glass), stuffies (3 for $13), Waterman's Platter ($36), and Scallops (5 for $36). Everything was very good. The scallops were served with a nice autumnal sauce and brussel sprouts. Waterman's Platter was fried oysters, fish, baby shrimp, and scallops along with fries, onion rings, coleslaw, and dipping sauce. Everything was crispy and nicely fried. The portal was large enough to take about half as leftovers. We were celebrating a special occasion and they brought over two small glasses of sparkling wine (basically half a glass each), which was nice but also a bit tacky to not give a full glass. Like, I would rather you just verbally acknowledge it and do nothing than take a half-measure like that. We had a nice time but a few things could have been better. They were out of the beer I ordered, so I went with wine. The free sparkling was originally on our bill (and billed as a single glass) but the server realized this just before I asked about it and removed it.
