He was quick to respond and we scheduled a service call for Sunday morning. On Sunday, he texted an hour before the scheduled time to let me know he was coming. He also called to confirm. He showed up on time, had all the tools and parts with him, and got to work. He was knowledgeable and efficient, spotted some other issues and explained them to me, and ultimately got the heater working smoothly (after replacing the thermal regulator, temperature sensor, control board, and communications cable). He also offered to check and top up some of the pool chemicals for free as part of the service call. (Side note - the man has some of the best tools I've seen for working with this stuff, which probably helped with his efficiency.) TLDR: Jesus is professional, efficient, fair, and a good communicator. I highly recommend.

Him and I had a good working relationship. I can't say the same about my new tech as he doesn't speak english and the new manager won't facilitate a way for us to communicate. It was just discovered that my conditioner was at zero, so chlorine wasn't sticking around. Compound that issue with some other ones, such as rain, and it's a recipe for a perfect storm. I'm generally pretty laid back, but I expect good communication. What happened next is what let me know I was ready to move on. Things go wrong. It happens and I'm usually very understanding, but the new owner/manager refused to give me a phone call so we can remedy the situation. She then sends me a wall of text. I ask her to call me again and she sends me an even bigger wall of text. I felt like I was in a fight with my highschool girlfriend. The kicker is that she is blatantly incompetent. It wouldn't even be that bad, but she is also incredibly unreasonable. I know she has a lot going on in life right now as other reviewers have mentioned, but not taking ownership of a problem, trying to gatekeep communication, and treating customers this way is obviously not the right way to run a business.

However they'd only gotten some of it - not all. We were very frustrated so I called Eric Perez. Eric came out and proposed a resolution asap. They treated the water, then scrubbed all walls repeatedly over several days then tested water. Problem was fully resolved in about two weeks. Additionally, Eric helped to troubleshoot a pool lighting issue to make all lights work effectively, re-piped pump-to-heater for more efficient flow, and fixed a leaky seal. We were impressed with how quickly he diagnosed all issues of concern and then got them corrected in a timely manner. We had to go through two other so called "pool experts" and ridiculously inaccurate quotations before identifying that Eric was best for the job.
