It was a problem my previous pool service guy had tried to fix several times without success. After Jesus repaired the heater, he evaluated the overall condition of our pool -- which was in bad shape with black algae and constantly looking dirty -- and explained exactly what needed to be done to bring it back to life. After seeing how knowledgeable and reliable Jesus was, we decided to switch to him for our regular pool maintenance -- and it's made a huge difference! Our saltwater pool is now completely algae-free and looks better than it ever has. Since working with him, Jesus has also helped us troubleshoot a wireless connection issue with our Pentair system and got it working again with the phone app. He's very knowledgeable about pool equipment and always takes the time to explain things clearly. Jesus is responsive, professional, and really knows his stuff. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for quality, honest pool service!

He answered my call and proceeded to try and troubleshoot for about an hour (without even working for us). Such a kind gesture. Following this, Eddie came by to check out our pool and see if he could figure out what was wrong. Turns out our current Pool Guy was treating our pool as chlorine and it had a saltwater system (something I regularly questioned our normal Pool Guy but was routinely dismissed) Eddie and his guys came by a couple of times and completely reset our system. Saving us from having to buy a brand new pool heaters, which we had just bought two years ago. Our pool is now functioning perfectly and looks amazing, and is actually saltwater again. Francisco came by, took his time to carefully analyze the situation, and within minutes figured out the real problem. He could've easily told me it was a clog or made up some costly repair, but instead he explained everything clearly and gave me the real solution. *** Perez expertise in pools is exceptional. ***…read more Couple of months ago we had a huge problem. Black algae had grown back on our pool walls. Our pool service had claimed they removed it. However they'd only gotten some of it - not all. We were very frustrated so I called Eric Perez. Eric came out and proposed a resolution asap. They treated the water, then scrubbed all walls repeatedly over several days then tested water. Problem was fully resolved in about two weeks. Additionally, Eric helped to troubleshoot a pool lighting issue to make all lights work effectively, re-piped pump-to-heater for more efficient flow, and fixed a leaky seal. We were impressed with how quickly he diagnosed all issues of concern and then got them corrected in a timely manner. We had to go through two other so called "pool experts" and ridiculously inaccurate quotations before identifying that Eric was best for the job. Now Eric Perez handles all of our pool services. *** I definitely recommend Perez Pool & Spa. ***
