The rate he gave us to do the job was reasonable, and very competitive. After Juan arrived to do the job, he told me that our Pentair WhisperFlo pool pump was far superior than the XtremepowerUS pool pump I had purchased to replace it. He told me that all I really needed to do was to have the pool pump motor replaced. Frankly, I had forgotten that replacing the the pool pump motor was an option. We had done that many years before with a refurbished pool pump motor so that we could continue using our Pentair WhisperFlo pool pump. Juan's honesty about it impressed me, especially since he could have simply done the job as I hired him to do, and he would have made more money. So not only did he save me a good amount of money, but he left me and my wife better off than we otherwise would have been had he installed the inferior XtremepowerUS pool pump. As for the installation of the pool pump motor, he answered every question that I had about it, and he taught me a few things in the process, which I really appreciated. Thanks to Juan, I now have a much better understanding about how our Pentair WhisperFlo functions in relationship with the pool pump motor he installed. The next time I need help with pool equipment, or anything else pool related, Juan will definitely be the expert I'll be contacting. His expertise is invaluable, and I highly recommend his services.

He had specific testing equipment to accurately measure different aspects of our pool's chemistry, and then to see exactly how to treat it to bring it into safer ranges. This was not being done with our previous service, so our chems were way off. Over the next 24-36 hours, he executed a plan to remediate the chemistry of our pool. And it worked! He spent another hour here cleaning and assessing hardware so we have an idea what will be done moving forward. Now I have peace of mind. Bob himself is knowledgeable and courteous. His pricing is reasonable and so far, we are off to a great start! Highly recommend - solid business operator, strong technical knowledge.

Sure enough, some of the values where off. What is astonishing, is that I had approached them with the issue to give them a chance to do the job right. A few months later there where signs of Algae, and I was told this is normal at this time of the year and a special treatment is necessary that would cost me hundreds of dollars. The straight up lies and being treated like an idiot are unbelievable. If your chemistry is done right, there will never be an algae build up and no special treatment is necessary. I have since then hired a professional company and I realize I had forgotten how gorgeous the water can look like.
