He showed up on time, had all the tools and parts with him, and got to work. He was knowledgeable and efficient, spotted some other issues and explained them to me, and ultimately got the heater working smoothly (after replacing the thermal regulator, temperature sensor, control board, and communications cable). He also offered to check and top up some of the pool chemicals for free as part of the service call. (Side note - the man has some of the best tools I've seen for working with this stuff, which probably helped with his efficiency.) We got quotes from several pool remodeling companies and Smart Swim came in right in the middle. We are strong believers on "you get what you pay for," and opted to go with them even though they were not the cheapest. From beginning to end, the guys at Smart Swim were easy to work with and truly wanted our project to come out great. After 30 years, it was time for our pool to have a remodel! Through the remodel, it was uncovered that we had many severe leaks, down to the rebar that needed to be fixed in some areas. Sam was great at making sure we understood the severity and that we were okay with any new costs that needed to be added. Not only did they do our pool, but also installed turf by the pool area and put pavers all around the pool and yard area. We also got the new gray gate installed from them as well, to replace the wooden fence in the yard (between the pool). **Noting that the perimeter wall/wooden top was painted black and sanded/stained by a different company. We truly appreciate their hard work and even when we had an immediate death in the family during their time working on our project, they were very respectful and gave us some space as needed. She told me it was 125$ for her upfront which I paid and then Chad and his daughter Stevie came to inspect and service the jacuzzi. I paid them via Venmo 550$ for a new motor only to find out that the sensor needed to also be replaced. I asked them to come replace the sensor and while they do that could I please get a new jacuzzi cover. I paid an additional 533$ for the cover - they never returned and stoped answering my texts. When I called Leah to ask for help she did nothing. When I told her how much I gave him for the jacuzzi top I never got she said " oh that's cheap" it's expensive for something I never received. She scammed me for 125$ and Chad and his daughter scanned me for over 1,000 DO NOT TRUST these people.
