I may need to ask if I can get the brown sugar toned down next time. The pancit mix was excellent. It had thick (canton) and thin (bihon) noodles, with pork belly, cabbage, carrots, onions, and celery. The noodles were perfect. I loved the pork belly with crunchy skin and tender pork belly. The veggies provided a nice contrast with the noodles. I even found a snow pea or two. The portion was massive. I had half of it on Tuesday. I had the rest of it for lunch yesterday.
