Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

They charged us $300 for a 1,509 sq ft house -- despite the fact that the home had brand-new blinds, brand-new flooring in all three bedrooms, and no refrigerator to clean. This was absolutely not a discounted or bargain price. Before hiring them, they specifically promised they would come back and address anything my realtor found unsatisfactory after the cleaning. Based on that promise, I paid them in full immediately after the service. A few days later, my realtor inspected the property and found the cleaning quality extremely poor. She provided them with a detailed list of areas that were still dirty. One toilet was so poorly cleaned that my realtor cleaned it herself. On another toilet, instead of properly scrubbing blue staining inside the toilet, they simply suggested replacing the whole toilet altogether. That alone tells you the level of effort they put into the job. The dishwasher was still dirty. Windows, baseboards, drawers, and other surfaces were visibly dirty. There were even cobwebs still hanging on the walls. When I contacted them to come back as promised, their attitude immediately changed. They were rude, dismissive, and kept delaying scheduling. I gave them my husband's number to coordinate a return visit, and they said the earliest they could come was Saturday (nearly a week later). Then on Saturday, they suddenly claimed they would not return unless someone was physically present at the house to inspect their work. This made absolutely no sense because they already knew the property was vacant and that we were remote landlords. They had completed the original cleaning using an access code with nobody present, so this was clearly just an excuse to avoid honoring their promise. After that, they stopped answering calls from both me and my husband entirely. The house was still dirty, and we ended up paying another cleaning company to redo the entire job properly. Unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely poor-quality work. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. Respond to the owner's response: you lied! (1) The toilet was totally cleanable. The second cleaner cleaned this toilet with no problem. It looks very clean now. But you even didn't try and simply asked me to buy a new toilet. What a moron. Another toilet shown in the picture showed how my realtor easily cleaned after you still left it dirty! (2) my husband said he didn't clearly agree to have someone come for you because your accent was strong and he couldn't clearly hear what you said. Simply not realistic for us to agree. When he called you, you also didn't tell him which day and time you could come back to clean the house either. Later when I called you to come back, I already explained to you why we couldn't have someone on the spot waiting for you because it was an empty house and we couldn't hire someone to wait for you there. You knew this already even before we let you clean our house at the beginning, because we gave you the house access code to come in and nobody was there! We told you our realtor would come a few days later to check and asked if you could come back to finish cleaning if she pointed out dirty places. You agreed which is why we gave you money to do it. Unfortunately we paid you in full on the same day you did the cleaning. So you can become a moron later. You simply didn't want to keep your own promise to come back to finish cleaning. You could simply say you would come back to finish cleaning what we pointed out and no more trips if my realtor found out more later. However you simply refused to answer our phone and disappeared! If you continue to lie in public here after causing us so much stress and financial loss by hiring a second cleaner, I will further seek related third party for help. They had my repair done in less than 15 minutes, and it only cost $67 for an iPhone 7 screen repair. They didn't mind me bringing my dog in with me either on a very hot day. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again, and refer anyone in need! Tip: parking is a nightmare because it's on the drag, so either give yourself plenty of time to circle, or just park in a safe lot and walk!!
