Jesse and his team not only offered me an affordable solution but do a beautiful job every time. INITIAL QUOTE Jesse came over the same day I contacted him. Because my lawn is so large he needed to measure it to determine a special price package for me. I opted to pre-pay, which provided me with a generous discount. On the whole, Jesse actually under-priced the job per the time it takes to execute. He preferred to err to the benefit of his customer, and he refused to increase the charge after he committed to it. We agreed that we would do less cosmetic trimming to cut down on time, but Jesse still aims at perfection and he never leaves before everything looks perfect. MY LAWN & PROPERTY NOW Jesse has a huge mower that cuts the majority of the lawn. This is done without a bag, which I have no problem with. Jesse comes every week during the lawn-growing season here in Minnesota, to keep the lawn beautiful and manageable. In addition, he uses a smaller mower to get to areas that are tight (as between my tree line and fence). He also cut down and cleared a path through the woods to a wild spot behind my yards, then mowed it. I saw him bumping like a boat in a storm because the land was so uneven. He had to change the blades after that initial trim. From here on, he will keep that space roughly mowed for me and my dogs so we can enjoy the wilder part of our property. COST As I've mentioned, Jesse's prices are very reasonable; plus, when how much time and effort he spent, I was really impressed. We scheduled an appointment over the phone for the Twin Cities Finest team to come out after all of our painting was done - we had an at-home carpet cleaner but it just wasn't doing the trick. And for the sweet deal promo, we were sold! I loved that they send reminder emails and texts so you don't miss the appointment. Our technician that came out was honest, trustworthy, and clear. He gave us a quote for the whole space (we had a few more rooms we wanted done beyond the promo deal) and the price was still great. The carpet looked so incredible after he finished (less than an hour!). He also gave us a quote on our air ducts and an honest look at their current condition. They came back the next day and did a more thorough job. When they recommended dismantling the entire island in the kitchen I was reluctant--expressed my worry that we would end up buying a whole new kitchen if we did that. I was reassured that everything would be restored to original condition. The removal process was done with little concern for preserving what was there. The plumbing pipes to the sink went through sheetrock and the back of the cabinet. First they cut the pipes then destroyed the cabinet back and sheetrock--so a plumber needed to be included in putting it back together--totally unnecessary wanton destruction. Small hardware pieces in the Ikea cabinet were discarded--Ikea would send those free if they still made them, but they don't make them any more. Found something sort of similar on ebay. Top pieces in both cabinets were broken for no good reason. A bespoke nut on the kitchen faucet was lost so that a new kitchen faucet was needed. Various trim was broken. There are lots of companies doing water damage repair--check yelp for recommendations!
