Attention to detail and service is there a number one concern and goal. I had them moving a lot of oversized, heavy and awkward equipment. There was nothing broken, not a scratch on the walls, no scratches anywhere in fact and each time their quote was exact! I say "I want 3 movers" - to anyone reading this, they would think 3 movers is faster and you avoid a trip fee. Especially someone like me who has a small move. First, I was really excited to have them move me originally (they are minority-owned, women-owned, LGBT-friendly, etc.), BUT trying to get a response back is like watching paint dry - it takes forever!! This is reflected in other feedback you see as well. I was waiting for them to send me an updated quote, which they said they would provide (or respond) within 1 day. 3 days later I get a response... So, I decide to call their line, which they only sometimes answer. Second, so I am now onto my scheduled week of moving and now the owner and the customer service representative (word for word, as if this is a standard talking point) say "we've never had a customer assume the trip fee is waived."... then went on to talk about competitive rates, etc... To anyone reading this, does this not sound like they are making ME seem stupid for even thinking that the trip fee was waived because THEY did not include the trip fee in the 3-mover quote? I think so. Would NOT recommend based solely on the poor customer service, confusing fees (which I told them upfront I wanted to avoid), and lack of truly caring about its potential customers - perhaps that's why you have to have such "competitive prices".

Lesson learned, a 5 second e mail could of avoid a loss of a customer and the clients I was sending when asked if I knew of any movers. We realized that they had failed to reassemble our desk, and our electronic bed, which they had disassembled at the pickup location. I am blind and I had to hire help to reassemble the items. It was very disappointing and disheartening to have this complete oversight occur.
