They have no respect for neighboring properties…read more This fall my car was parked on the street next to a house Seasonal Chores was working on. When I came back out to my car, their trucks had moved and essentially blocked me in due to the proximity of the car in front of me. I wasn't in a rush to leave, so I tried to be respectful and let everyone complete their job as quickly as possible. That being said, by the time the workers left, my car was covered in dirt, leaf clippings, and debris. I was extremely disappointed to see how they would leave neighboring property. I immediately took my car to the wash but that was not enough. The debris seems to have been driven into every crevice and weather strip due to the leaf blowers and mowers. As a result, every time I washed my car, that debris got wet and runs down the side leaving a stain. Additionally, this happened any time the car was left outside in the sun and any snow or ice on it started to melt. I tried removing the material by hand multiple times with various tools. While it helped a little, it did not resolve the problem. It took 10+ washes for the problem to finally stop. I tried reaching out to Seasonal Chores via email multiple times with an explanation of what happened and these photos. It has been a month since I sent the emails, they never took the time to respond.

I watched them and their driver rammed his truck/plow at an angle to the end of my driveway with such speed that the end of the PLOW BLADE broke the cement on the curb at the end of our driveway. I asked Seasonal Chores to turn it in to their insurance company and repair it. At first they did not call me back. Then they said they would not pay for it. They said they would not do anything about it. I cancelled their contract. I do not believe they were in good faith. If you use this company, you should get a copy of their insurance policy (assuming they have one) and ask them if they will pay for damage to your driveway if they cause it. After over 5 years of lawn care from them, I thought their snowplowing service would be responsible when they damaged my property. I could easily have sued them, but I would rather just be done with them. Lesson Learned the hard way.

This fall, Andrew and Ashley came out to prune our trees and take out a messy mulberry tree. We hired Bill to tear out our old concrete patio and lawn and install pavers, new sod along with…read moreall new sidewalks. This was done very late in the fall of 2019. We did not have a chance to access the work, as it snowed shortly after he completed the job. Come spring 2020 we noticed that a large portion of the pavers have settled towards the house, which causes the water to run towards our home. The reason for the landscaping in the first place was because of this issue, which is now worse than it was before.   As for the sod, the yard was never graded and fill was not laid appropriately so the sod could grow. We are left with a very rough yard of dead sod. The only thing that was done properly was the sidewalks, which Bill subcontracted out. The sub contractor came to our residence twice asking for payment even though Bill was paid in full. The sub contractor still has not been paid. 01002339275-00 9 We paid over $18,000 for this landscaping and are left with and absolute disaster. We had several other landscaping companies come to assess and to have the work done properly which we already paid Bill to do will cost at least $7,000. Mind you when we told the other companies what we paid for the work Bill attempted to complete they were astonished and said we were severely overcharged. We have requested Bill pay for us to have the landscaping done properly. We are not asking for reimbursement of the entire amount, but just what we will have to pay to have it completed properly. Bill has refused so we have no other recourse than to file suit. In the process of doing so it appears this will not be the first time Bill has been sued. Appears he operated under a different business name and was sued by another individual, as he has several judgments. We would highly think twice before hiring Bill to do any work for you.
