Upon first application we had issues with them. The second application, the weed control tech ran thru my yard so fast he didn't even get it all. I had to literally ask him to leave his vehicle so I could show him how to do his job. The weeds were out of control. I had to have the company head tech out to complete weed control. Third applicationtech states in v.m. "I ran out of product, will be back next Tuesday." THEY NEVER CAME BACK. I called to ask what happened. They assured me they would call back right away. I never heard back Tuesday. I called Wednesday and she said "the tech said he completed the applications, have a nice day." My receipt states "see my email for more info." WHAT? I called Showcase Lawn Care for aeration and overseeding of a patch of dead sod in my front lawn. I talked to Jess who told me this was possible, and then quoted a dollar amount for that area.. We ended up adding the entire front yard due to the minimum amount of square footage at the price, it was minimal increase to add the entire front yard , 2500 Sq ft. I waited over a month for the service, and then when they finally did come out, the specialist did not aerate the dead sod section, and only did the green area. I had to call them to find out that they wouldn't aerate dead sod!! In the end, I ended up paying $250 for section of the lawn that didn't need addressing. I would not recommend using showcase lawn care. read more

I had a pretty bad lawn coming into this spring, a lot of weeds, pretty bad thatch buildup. I had them de-thatch, aerate and overseed, after that they came back and put down fertilizer and weedkiller. I was hoping that I could save my lawn and make it look nice by next year. It looks very good already! Still a few weeds that they will spray on the next round, but they are 85-90 percent gone. Grass is a nice color green...I'm very happy with them read more

This is by far the worst service that I have ever had from any company. I started off just hiring them to do the weed control. Unfortunately also hired them to do aeration and over seeding which turned out to be a nightmare. They didn't show up for several weeks and did not give notice when they finally came so I did not have time to mark my sprinklers. When they came back they only did the over seeding and did not do the aeration. When I called them multiple times I got varying reasons of why this didn't happen. They came back to do the aeration and forgot to do the over seeding at the time. After paying $400 for this. They charged me for another round of spraying bugs that I do not believe they actually did and I fired them. Bottom line is I would not trust them at all and they blame it on labor shortages. This is not a company I would ever trust or hire again. If you hire them be sure to track everything they do. read more

Showcase Lawn Care is a 5 Star Company. They have all new equipment and great employees that are very knowledgeable about the job they do. The young man that came out on July 3rd ( 100 degrees out) did his job and didn't hurry what so ever. Sprayed every weed and fertilized my whole lawn. Best company I've ever used. Beware! Do not hire! We hired Showcase Lawn in 2020. I spoke to Gary the owner who said he over took the company because they were getting bad reviews. They came out and gave a quote and noted the house was an excellent condition. During the second mow the house was severely damaged. We were told by Gary that he had fired an employee and his friend that still worked for the company went out and purposely destroyed several properties while he was mowing. Unfortunately, we were one of them. The employee turnover was excessive, different people coming out And also hitting the house with the Weedwhacker making holes. Gary came out to look at it and apologized and told us what had happened with the fired employee and said he would fix the issues. At the end of the year he still had not contacted us or sent anybody to fix it. I contacted him and he sent a handyman. Siding was ordered but the handyman did not know how to put the siding on. The handyman said he would patch the holes as he could not handle putting the siding on. He left the siding here and patched the hole stating he would finish. The work was never completely finished. Gary stated they would finish it at the beginning of this year and he would use the same rate as last year for the inconvenience. I contacted him today and he was as rude as rude can be he stated he fluffed the conversation last year so we would pay the bill and he would not be out any money. He's not sending anybody else out to finish fixing the areas nor is he going to continue to mow at the rate promised. He stated that my mom was old and she needed to find somebody else as she was concerned about her house due to her age. This is total discrimination. I will pursue the discrimination and how we were lied to with the attorney generals office. Gary stated go right ahead and take it to the attorney generals office they will do nothing. Please BEWARE !! He lied about everything, seemed concerned and did nothing. He acts like a child and constantly hangs up on people. read more
