My neighbors whom were home while the trees were being trimmed/pruned, were in disbelief watching how Dan's staff were destroying 1 one my trees. They had speculating that they were going to take down the whole tree. I was not at home at the time, due to my trust in Dan & his prior work on my property. I was truly in tears upon my return home. I was hoping to remove limb above neighbors side of fence to clear some space over their yard, as well as trim the tree away from the house. Once he got there Travis was kind enough to explain that cutting the limb away would likely hollow that bit out and that I'd probably get the desired result by simply trimming away the branches growing downwards along there. He also mentioned that he could do that and if I wanted more done could always do that after I saw it and decide from there. They primarily used Rope cutting tools and an electric saw ; we didn't hear the typical roaring of chainsaws in their work. They were very protective of my neighbors, little tree and her house. We had branches leaning over her property as part of this work. They removed all the cuttings. It was a great experience working with them.

I called Xtreme Climbing Tree Service after being recommended to them by my friend. He came out on…read morea Sunday (day off) to give me his recommendations and a quote. His quote was far lower than the other 6 quotes I received and better customer service. I had quotes that ranged from $4,000 - $12,000. Yep, you read that right! Matt and 4 crew members came out and cut down 6 large trees, tons of buckthorn, 3 dead lilac bushes and several other small things. Matt also pruned every tree on the property and it looks great! We wanted more sun and he accomplished that! Also, his team had to work in almost freezing rain and snow. The part I liked the best was the clean-up. Matt's team raked up every little stick and blew off any sign that he was even at the property. My backyard had some tire tracks from his machine, but we talked about that before the job was started. My lawn was very soft and it was raining out - this sort of thing was expected. Getting the 6 quotes was a headache and quite frankly annoying. I am happy to have this project completed!!! If I need anything else down in the future I will definitely call Xtreme.
