According to the last text the arborist Noah was going to review and get back to me and there has been no response since May 27th. I do not recommend this company.

I would give Jaime and his crew 10 stars if yelp would let me…read more My problem was a gigantic hybrid maple tree that had gotten so big it was a threat to our home if we encountered any strong winds. 3-4 years ago we did have some strong winds and a huge branch broke off from the tree and luckily fell harmlessly to the ground. Jaime returned my call quickly and we set up a time for an estimate and he arrived as promised. We agreed on a price and a day for the job to be done. I also asked Jaime to remove a couple of large lilac bushes and thin out a much smaller "regular" maple tree. Jaime and I had phone contact a couple of times before the scheduled work day.....always returned my calls, always answered my questions and showed up on time. Because the tree to be removed was so damn huge, they were not able to complete the job in one day. They arrived first thing the next morning and completed everything.....all debris was removed, tree stump the size of a small car ground down, all debris from the stump removed and top soil applied to where the tree stump previously was. They even cleaned up the street where they ground up all the branches from the tree. No one could even tell they had been there when they left. Anyone that is looking for tree removal and/or tree pruning would be foolish not to at least call Jaime and see what he has to say. His work is great and his pricing is right on as well! Next year I am planing on using Jaime and his crew for some re-sodding and some landscaping as well!

I live in Southern California. My 93 year old aunt/godmother lives in New Hope, MN. My father, who would help my aunt with a lot of household stuff passed away 5 years ago. So, my cousin reached out to me asking what to do. I found Family Tree Service searching Google. Called Travis and explained what we needed done. He got back to me quickly with a very reasonable estimate and took care of the problem within a few hours of the call same-day. My Cousin also had questions about some other tree issues in the yard. Travis made some recommendations as to how to proceed and offered to help if needed. My cousin said Travis could not have been more pleasant to work with. If my aunt needs tree/lawncare help in the future, Travis and Family Tree Service will definitely be my go to.

Very nice doing business with arborist Travis from Family Tree Services! Sent photos of what I…read moreneeded and he provided a quote range, which was on point when he got there to see in person. I was hoping to remove limb above neighbors side of fence to clear some space over their yard, as well as trim the tree away from the house. Once he got there Travis was kind enough to explain that cutting the limb away would likely hollow that bit out and that I'd probably get the desired result by simply trimming away the branches growing downwards along there. He also mentioned that he could do that and if I wanted more done could always do that after I saw it and decide from there. Very pleased with the results, both of clearing a nice patch away from neighbors side and of trimming back away from the house. Will be using him again!

The first phone…read morecall and text messages about how the process would go and the expected timeline was great, however once the job started that timeline went out the window and the agreed upon contract was left unfinished. I do not recommend using Timber Builds. If you do, do not sign a contract without getting EXACTLY what you are asking for in writing beforehand. The price sounds great but the headache that will follow is an issue you will want to avoid by having everything worked out upfront before you sign the contract. Once you sign that contract, he will try to justify his actions based off what he defines as "manageable" and "complete". In a "contract world", details matter. Be sure the contract is detailed and clearly states everything that is required BEFORE you sign it.
