Our lawn was cut too low on the last service to which we sent pictures and didn't receive any response until we requested a refund due to no response after several days and noting there's weeds growing. We stated at that time we would be looking for a different service provider. At that time it was "I'm sorry what???. Bs1Stop was then called, left a message and still no return call. Bs1Stop stated "I'm sorry I broke my phone and have no contacts.. Who is this? And what seems to be the issue??". He was called back and then left another message. Still no call back. He was then sent my name and the invoice showing all my information. He ask again "what's the problem?. I resend the previous pictures of my lawn. Also, informing that you started texting previously and stopped/asked him to call my husband to take care of the situation via phone. Thus far I have requested a refund at least THREE different due to lack of service mainly. I do have pictures and texts to validate.

Within 10 minutes I had a response and a very reasonable offer for the job. We scheduled a time that worked for both of us and Shain arrived right on time the day we scheduled. Shain was courteous, respectful, and hard working. He meticulously removed every leaf from my property. He worked very quickly and carefully. He was respectful of my neighbors and of the property.
