I wanted it cleaned up to not just look nice but mechanically sound. Tim was very thorough and went over what would happen next. He explained the large crack which should have been caught during inspection. This caused the leak into shower pan. He gave me a written quote and we set up a date. Brandon was the technician and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He fixed the craft, removed old and finished with clean caulking. There was a mishap with 9 tiles lifting which I was so mad about. Also thinking this was going to be a huge $$$$ fix. No it was reasonably priced. I wish all of my projects were the best outcome and customer service as with The Groutsmith!!
