I really like is that they do not cross-contaminate bathroom to kitchen germs, and use natural products whenever possible. Another great aspect of their business, is that they will cater the cleaning to your needs, i.e. changing all the sheets in the house, taking out the diaper genie, etc. Very personable and customer service friendly. I was compensated and they were very apologetic- stuff happens, I get it! So I booked a second service, they canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment (which they'll fine you for doing). Ok, fine, we rescheduled for today. It's now close to an hour after the appointment time. No one called. No one showed up. Additionally, we have a 2500 sq ft home and they expect one person to be able to clean the entire place by themselves. I get the feeling that the people who work for Karen's are overbooked and overworked with very little support Please do yourself a favor and find another cleaning service. This one is completely unreliable and has no respect for their customer's (or their cleaners') time.

This review is based on our experiences over the last two years with Two Betty's. As you can tell from my rating, we are very satisfied. We have been lucky to have one consistent cleaner (Victor), who does a consistently excellent job. My interactions with the office staff has also been excellent. However, we were so pleased with the results, we have continued using them, even though we reduced the number of needed hours per month. I hope that you will be as pleased as we are.
