I've had him do three different water heater replacements for my property and rental properties And have re-piped other jobs in the house that other plumbers did not do a good job of he also isolated a water pressure issue that has plague this property for over 20 years. He's replaced hot water heaters. He's installed water softener. He's installed large whole property filtration systems and he's even done repair drywall when the plumbing problems caused wall damage. I called Luis, and he answered and said that he's not in town and can have someone else come in Monday morning to fix and get the water running, while he returns and fixes it properly on Tuesday morning. We agreed, but after that he's gone missing. I waited till Monday afternoon, called him couple of times, left messages, but he's not replying. I had to find other plumbers at that time as I had no water in house for the whole day, and had to pay them for something that this guy should have fixed and handled more professionally. It's Tuesday afternoon now, and he's still not replied back. So its clear that Luis doesn't stand behind his work and will leave you stranded if something goes wrong. Look elsewhere if you don't want the headache.
