I am very satisfied with the work performed by Artsem and his team. They showed up exactly on time as promised, worked on installing and securing my new attic ladder. They also installed 5ft of plywood around the attic entrance in each direction to help with my storage. They modified the framing joists carefully without cutting into my decorative crown molding. A few other installers I had met with suggested that they will need to cut into my crown molding to make space for the ladder installation. I found Artsem to be very talented and he figures out a way to get the job done with minimal impact to the existing structure. I needed a plug installed in a closet and there was time pressure to get this done before a comprehensive close upgrade was to start. My original electrician cancelled my appointment and I was desperate to get a replacement. HHS contacted me within minutes of posting my request. Wonderful experience start to faster than I dreamed of finish. Excellent communication. They were able to come out the day after I contacted them & finished assembling my greenhouse and building a custom deck for it all in a day. I told them I didn't want to anchor the greenhouse to our stamped concrete patio in case we wanted to move it & they designed and built a wood floor filled with ballast. I contacted them and the same day they came out to look at our space & the next day it was all done. This was really important because of the storm later that week. Artem is the ultimate professional with an eye for detail. I sent out a project request to have bathroom caulking re-done. He messaged me back with a polite message, being clear that he would like to take a look with a free estimate. Showed up on time (and actually early! Waited patiently outside while waiting for me to see his message). He then evaluated the situation and gave me an all inclusive fair quote. Once agreed, he meticulously stripped out the old stained caulk, going the extra mile by taking out the bottom side tile so that he could caulk the gaps between the tiles better. He also evaluated between 2 different caulk types, explaining the difference that one was closer to the tile color. This going-above-and-beyond job was completed in 1.5 hr, I'm so pleased with the result. On his way out, I asked him to take a look at my dishwasher door that doesn't close properly.
