I took my bike in around 11:00 and discussed what my beloved old Mango bike might need. I was happy to hear that, overall, my bike was in great shape. I was advised to do the basic level of tune-up & was told that it might be 3-4 days before my bike was ready. Imagine my happy surprise when I hit a phone call about 3-4 HOURS later!! Woohoo! I went right away to pick Mango up & took the homemade cookies with me to show my appreciation for the quick service. As promised, my 20+ year older bike now looks & seems brand new. I'm so happy to have found a good place for bike repairs! Thank you, Cool Cats Cycles!!

Society is broken, but this cycle shop is fine. What I mean is, the country that used to think it…read morewas the bastion of freedom and democracy is now acting like a dictatorship, with a supreme court enforcing laws that make the rest of the free world gasp and cross America off its Xmas list, putting rainbow people, women, non whites, immigrants, all of us, in harm's way, in a horrible, scary future without the freedom we were told to celebrate. Even the most extremist Republican out there should be disgusted... because yes, they are getting their way, but what Republican should really want his (or her?) way, knowing only 10% or 20% of Americans support it, and that it's being done against the will of the people using a broken, corrupt system. Thankfully whether you're a Republican or a Democrat or just confused, you don't need to be confused about where to get your bike fixed. The service isn't always the best (I should give 4 stars for how eager they are to close in the final hour of operation, and how unfriendly they can become at that time), but the products are good, solid, affordable, and the pricing is not bad, the normal hours service is really great, and the best part is that all of your money is staying in the community because this store, which has a lot in common in terms of size and selection with a big box store, is actually a little family owned business with only this location! So it's an obvious upgrade to 5 stars for that.

I still left my bike only to find out that the charge was over $80.00 When it was Bike Barn the charge was 10.00 each wheel. Now that Trek has bought them out means that they will over charge their customers. I purchased all four of my bikes with Bike Barn. I'd hate to see how much money adds up if I stay loyal to Trek Bycicles. Hopefully, I'm not overreacting but I shouldn't feel like I was taken advantage of.

I had a really disappointing experience with Iron Supply Powersports…read more I was on the way to purchase a TrailMaster they advertised for $999, and it was about an hour drive for me. Before I got there, I decided to call and confirm the out-the-door price after seeing some reviews about hidden fees. Good thing I did. They told me the out-the-door price was $2,200, which is honestly ridiculous. I've bought ATVs and power sports vehicles before, so I fully understand freight, assembly, and taxes--but there's no justification for more than doubling the advertised price. That kind of pricing feels very misleading. Advertising a $999 price just to tack on over $1,000 in extra fees is bad business and a waste of customers' time--especially for those driving long distances. I ended up not going through with the purchase. Definitely recommend calling ahead and getting a full breakdown before making the trip.
