The owner and manager of this location is dishonest and cheap. They sold me a part and never said a word about special order restrictions. The part didn't fit. I went off their employee's recommendation and they got it wrong. I never used the part and sought a refund. The owner/manager refused even though his employee screwed up. Because this place is all about their jackass policies and not about doing what's right, I have never returned since and never will. Buyers beware - if you have what they call a special order, they will not take it back even if they screwed up and even if you never used it!! They won't tell you about this foolish policy - they'll expect you to read some fine print. I own several bikes and they will all be taken to my new tech, who has competent management that will do what is right. I hope it was worth losing my business along with everyone else I speak to concerning my experience with a very cheap owner/manager. read more

These guys are the best! Two days before she has to ride her bike to school my daughter informed me that the brakes don't work...what? You waited til now to tell me? Took the bike in prepared to beg on my knees for them to work on her bike ahead of the others because their service area is very busy. But they understand that some use bikes for fun and others for transportation so they serviced her bike on the spot. We have bought several bikes from them now and we won't go anywhere else. When we bought this bike for my daughter, Yoshi looked at her and said, "you should go with this larger size; it looks big now but she's going to be growing soon and has really long legs. This should fit her until adulthood." I didn't even notice she had long legs but darn she was right. They care about getting you the right equipment and keeping it up. read more

Been an avid cyclists since middle school, yet, not the best when it comes to certain mechanical aspects. My close friend is similar, but gifted mechanically. He took me to this shop a year ago. Jay and his team are impeccable. Always patient and very detailed in their work. They stand behind their work and sales to a fault. The shop has a full array of clothing, equipment, etc. If you would like a beer or espresso, it is complimentary. The GURU fitting was particularly helpful. Showed up on a Sunday about 30 minutes prior to closing time. The staff ended up staying after hours working on our bicycles. You can tell the staff enjoys their jobs. Would definitely recommend this shop for purchase of new bikes or continued maintenance on current bicycles. read more
