This place has been such a breath of fresh air. I started with their massages after receiving a gift card, and I just kept booking with Kennedy because she's amazing. Any massage type you need, she can adjust pressure and integrate all the add-ons to leave you feeling refreshed. The monthly membership deal is great, and I always leave feeling it is well worth it. After a few months, I decided to try their facials and I only regret not doing this sooner. Not only was this such a relaxing experience with Hailey, but she also left my face feeling clean, moisturized, and ready for a better skin routine. She walked me through some product recommendations and some tips to improve my daily routine. It was fantastic. My skin feels great ever since I had a facial and listened to her skin advice. I can't wait to make this a routine. read more

UPDATE: 9/23 I heard from corporate they asked me to share my experience so I did. Nothing in response. Between corporate and managers who never called back & condone this horrible service. This place sucks!!!! I decided to try this new place after seeing a Facebook coupon--which should have been my first red flag. I called ahead the day before, specifically requested someone skilled in deep tissue, and confirmed I wanted them to focus exclusively on my neck and shoulders (which my physical therapist had recommended). The receptionist assured me it was no problem and that I'd be paired with someone great. The reality was a complete disaster. Right after I got on the table, the therapist completely bypassed my requested areas and immediately started working on my glutes. I stopped her right away, reminded her that I needed my neck and shoulders done, and asked her to focus there. Instead of listening, she kept working on my lower back. When I questioned her technique and whether she actually knew how to perform proper deep tissue work, she essentially refused to do it. 15 min in I had to just stop her and leave she couldn't seem to figure out my problem areas like most can. Its ridiculous I drove across town for this. As someone who gets deep tissue massages regularly, I have never encountered a therapist who outright ignored explicit instructions or argued against a focused treatment plan. To make matters worse, both the therapist and the front desk staff were completely cold and unprofessional when I checked out. Skip this place entirely. Between the total disregard for client requests, poor communication, and hostile staff, I would never recommend it to anyone. Extremely unprofessional never in my life have I walked away from a massage or a massage therapist. To make matters worse, the therapist completely ignored my needs, offering no deep tissue work despite my booking, and instead spent the session soliciting me to follow her to another business. Also when I stopped her from proceeding with massage I asked her to please turn on the light so I could see. She ignored me completely and left me in the dark after slamming the door and while I was still talking. This person was the upmost unprofessional to me. And the staff their seems to support this behavior. Also the owners or managers wouldn't call me back even though ive reached out mutiple times since this incident. Lisa and or Jasmine were supposed to get back to me neither have. This whole establishment screams unprofessional and uncaring of needs. read more

I'm shocked at the blatant disregard for customer service at this place. First I'm a new customer that has already had 2 facials and 2 massages, plus a massage for my husband, just to give you an idea of what I already spent in just 3 weeks. I joined the membership knowing I was going to get multiple facials and massages every month. I'm also a pretty good tipper. The last massage I had when I brought my husband in was a little off putting at check-in. They asked my husband medical questions out loud in front of everyone, "have you ever been diagnosed with cancer" was one of them, clearly they don't need to follow HIPAA laws. But I let it go assuming they didn't have to follow these laws and I'm not one to cause a seen a make a fuss in public. This morning I woke up with an awful cough and didn't think it was appropriate to go to my massage appt and possibly get everyone sick. So I called to cancel my appt. Delilah answered and I explained the situation, and with zero empathy and zero concern she stated "ok, I'm going to charge your card on file half of the service" is that ok? My answer..."no", I assumed there would be a cancellation fee, but half?? Absolutely not, so I said I'll just come in sick then, and she responded ok we'll see you at noon. I hung up the phone in absolute shock. Did that really just happen? They want me to come in sick possibly infecting their employees and customers that might be there? After taking a moment, I calmly called back and Delilah answered again, and I told her I would like to cancel my appt for today and my membership....her response, "ok we'll have our cancellation specialist reach out to soon". They need to retrain there staff, especially Delilah, in customer service. I'm still taken aback about the whole experience. Wanting a sick person to come into their facility and letting a really good customer go?? Do better. I feel the bad for my girl that does my facials, she was amazing, and lost a great client due to Delilah. read more

Members for 6 years, over $12,000 spent -- treated like it meant nothing. My husband and I signed up as members years ago and were told at the time that unused credits rolled over and could be used by family members. We built up a real balance under that understanding and never had a problem using it that way before. Today I came in with my daughter for a facial and massage using my husband's credits. I was told: his credits can't be shared with me at all, and my daughter -- a family member -- would be charged full price for her facial because she isn't a member, since they "don't allow reduced services for family anymore." No one told us this policy had changed. Instead, I was informed -- rudely -- that I should have called ahead instead of booking online, because then they "would have told me." That's not a customer service answer, that's an admission they know this trips people up and don't bother warning anyone in advance. This isn't just my experience. Better Business Bureau complaints against Hand & Stone locations describe the same pattern nationwide: contracts that convert in the company's favor only, credit-sharing and rollover promises reversed after the fact, and customers blocked from using what they already paid for unless they pay more. Cancellation complaints follow the same script -- being told a manager is "never available" to process it, month after month. This is a company-wide practice, not a one-location misunderstanding. Over the six years we've been members, I've also gone through a long line of different massage therapists here -- the turnover is obvious, and it tells you something about how the staff is treated, too. Changing the rules after years of loyalty and $12k, then blaming the customer for not knowing about a change they never announced, is not how you treat long-term members. We will be using my husband's remaining credits within the next 30 days and closing our membership for good. Do not sign up expecting the terms you're told at enrollment to still apply years later -- this business has a documented pattern of doing exactly that. read more

Don't go here for a prenatal massage. Very rushed experience and no customization. I was discouraged from doing a 90 min session and when I asked for a scalp massage, I was told I would have to let the front desk know. It's not professional seeing your massage therapist leave before you do. read more

What a wonderful place! I booked a couple of facials for my family visiting from Europe & from my first call inquiry, to the service & at checkout it was smooth and easy! The customer service at Hand and Stone Silverado is top notch! The girls up front were so welcoming & professional!! I have to give a huge shoutout to Erika and Hayley! They were so kind and accommodating! They gave the best facials and made the treatment session and the whole experience so memorable! Truly amazing customer service and care! Pretty unhappy with my massage. It was really odd and she kept putting pressure on my knees/joints in a really weird way. I also told her my hamstrings are a problem area and she barely touched them. And the front desk receptionist kept pronouncing my name wrong despite having me told her my name twice. It's too over priced for what they offer. read more

I stopped by last week to purchase a cream and book a massage appointment for the following weekend. I interacted with two receptionists, both of whom seemed busy and a bit unorganized. The young woman who helped me appeared confused and even mentioned she was distracted by the color of my nails and phone case. I clearly confirmed that I wanted a massage on the 25th, but somehow, she scheduled me for the wrong day and the wrong service. I showed up on the 25th expecting my appointment, only to find out that I wasn't scheduled at all. The only thing the receptionist offered was $10 off my next service, which honestly doesn't make up for the inconvenience. There will not be a "next service." I've decided to cancel my monthly membership because if they can't even manage to schedule an appointment correctly, I don't feel comfortable with them having my credit card information on file. I was told to wait for someone from billing to get back to me, whatever that means. All I know is as of today I don't want to see ANY charges on my statement! read more

Absolutely love this place & their staff always does a great job. We got SJ & Kennedy today and had one of the best massages we've had in a while. OMG! It's like SJ knew exactly which points needed the most care & what pressure to apply. Loved her! Excellent service overall, including the girls checking us in & out. read more

Found a great spot in Henderson for some regular pampering! Lisa is great! So is her staff. Loved my massage, will definitely get a longer one next time. Facial was nice, too! Skin was glowing after. I've lived in Vegas 3 years and finally have the place for some "me time" read more

I've taken my kid here for teen facials and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. Every visit so far has been with Erika. She is amazing at her job and loves what she does and it shows. Besides the great facials, we've learned a lot from our discussions with her. read more

I came here because it was nearby and they had some good introductory offers. I was able to pair a massage and facial at the intro rate, but I'll definitely be back. From the receptionist to the therapist, everyone was welcoming and friendly. They clearly look to please their clientele. My massage was with Zach and he was amazing. Great pressure and extremely professional and courteous. He made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend him. I know some women prefer female massage therapists, but if you like firm, deep pressure, give Zach a chance. The facial was also nice and relaxing. The time went by quickly. Overall, the place was great, staff were friendly and attentive, and I'll definitely be back. read more

From the start, Miss Stephany was amazing at check in. My masseuse Amy listened and was so awesome. I had to tell the manager Lisa about her great staff! Great job ladies? I will be back, thank you. read more

Made an appt online and wanted to cancel. Called multiple times and they didn't answer so the next day, I try again and they said they were going to charge half the service fee for canceling last minute. She checked the call log and verified that I called but claimed they were closed when Apple and Google said they closed at 9 and I called around 7PM. Never even been here before but definitely won't be coming here in the future. read more

Nice, clean and friendly staff. But the massage therapist unfortunately didn't make the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. They were nice enough to comp my massage for the next day and were super apologetic, however, the massage is only 50 minutes, not 60. read more

I walked out of here so relaxed! We received a gift card for Christmas, I hadn't heard of this place before, and I'm sure glad we did! I got a massage from Sasha, and she worked wonders! She was super nice when answering the questions I had throughout, just trying to understand what she was feeling and how things were connected throughout the body. I felt so relaxed with her and the parts that were in pain before felt so much better after! My husband really liked his person, Kevin, he said the pressure was great and he worked him out really well. The front staff service was also great! From booking the appointments to checking out, they were very kind and helped with my questions. I even walked out with the membership. I work in legal and compliance, so their straightforward billing and cancelation policy was a winner for me. I look forward to future sessions with Sasha and trying out their facials! read more

If I could put no stars I would. I called because I was shopping around for a couples massage and when I called the receptionist was very bland. I asked if they had couples massages she said yes without giving any further information. I had to lead for more information. This was enough for me not to book with them. She did not try to sell me the massage nor was she enthusiastic over the phone like I said very bland. read more

I'm a member and shared my packages with 4 other people traveling with me. Each one of them enjoyed their massages. I came twice and both times Vernon was my massage therapist. He was great! If you want a deep massage he's the one to ask for. My husband had two different massage therapists and he liked both. He mentioned that Jamal reached spots that needed it. Angel did both of my sister in laws massages and she wrote her own review because Angel was that awesome! We also invited our son's wife's parents and they said they thoroughly enjoyed their massages. The staff was super friendly and helpful and we felt comfortable there. Thank you to everyone who made our experience there wonderful! read more

This place is very relaxing. I wanted to do something special for my incredible wife. I got her a massage and a facial. She asked me to do a couple massage so here I am! Great job. Everyone was very pleasant and patient... with me I'm a hand full..so that's important! Had a great time. They have a special currently that you pay 69.95/ month and that includes a one hour facial or a massage. No sign up fee. Lela I was my massage therapist. Heidi was my wife's. Nika did my wife's facial. The front staff was VERY pleasant and informative as well. Try this place out! The only reason that it's not five stars is that my mom said her guy wasn't very friendly and hurt her even after she asked him to lighten up. read more

This was not my first time having a massage, but it was my first time visiting Hand and Stone. It was a very odd experience to say the least. Upon entering, I was greeted by two friendly receptionists along with the typical massage place smell. In the massage room, the sheets were scratchy and the room was warm. The lights were really bright and stayed bright the entire massage. I'm not sure if they dimmed or not. On top of the lights, the music was awful. It was an electronic elevator-esq music. I wasn't able to relax at all during the massage. My masseuse spent 45 minutes on my back which left no time to do the front side of my body. He also would drag his finger types across my back. It was very uncomfortable. I was hoping to leave relaxed, but left uncomfortable and unimpressed. read more

I got a massage from Sheila and she was great! Soft hands and gentle touch put me right to sleep. She was very knowledgeable and took me away from everyday worries even if for just two hours. They both were professional and knowledgeable about the process, after care, products and they both did it with a smile and good attitude. =) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM and this place if you need to relax. Very clean and sanitary I never worried about covid19 because they were clean. read more

First time in the massage place - even with the intro price, not worth it. Didn't feel like I got any therapeutic or relaxing feelings after my massage here. It's like huh? Just came out with oil all over. No towel for a wipe down. I paid for extra service and the masseuse maybe did 5 minutes. Sad! Little to no amenities. Bright room, bed not heated and they had a fan going. It was just such a disappointing experience at this place. read more

My daughter Linda and I had our first visit at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. The salon is beautiful, extremely clean, smells wonderful and plays soothing music. The best part was our treatments! Linda had an hour massage by Ann Marie, who did a wonderful job! Linda said that she wants to visit this spa every time she comes to Las Vegas! My massage by Tony was also wonderful, so much so, that I will sign up for their Lifestyle Program. Our visit at the saloon was perfect, thanks to Lisa Mascari and her very efficient and friendly staff! read more

Terrible and rude customer service. Called the facility 5 times until I was able to get someone to pick up and they've been open for 2.5 hours. Finally spoke with a representative by the name of Nicole. Booked two appointments with her over the phone for my girlfriend and I for the same day which Nicole did offer both 3pm and 400pm as it showed on her screen. Gave her all of my gift card and payment information for the reservation. Acknowledged all of the facilities requests. Booked, done, plans were made. Moments later come to find out (via text message) the appointments were not confirmed because of the lack of thoroughness and proper training this employee has receive believe me it is very clear if you ever have to deal with Nicole. Nicole is rude and condescending . Understand that just because you attempt to speak sweet doesn't mean it's okay for you to speak to neighborhood customers they way that you want to and it removes you from being accountable for your actions. People make mistakes, it happens and I understand to an extent but when you make a mistake the first thing you should do is to apologize for YOUR mistake and for the inconvenience. Never begin with an excuse then cut off a customer. Look for other options and accommodations to make the customer happy. Get your manager involved to hopefully come up with a resolution. read more

I have been going to H & S for a couple years. I take time off to get a much needed massage. A while back , the lady that was doing my massage, suddenly left the business. H & S neglected to tell me that THEY were switcihing me anoither worker. I said ok and then got the absolute worst massgae of my lifetime and that is a very large number. I told them taht I didn't appreciate it and told them that I was canselling my membership. I filled out the required forms and signed off on the place. I was told of another worker that I would like and after several months, I called and said that I'd like to schedule an appointmnet with the new woman. I was told that I was STILL a member and that I had continued being charged. I was very upset about this but I said that I would give the new woman a shot. She was very good and i scheduled another appointment for today. Again, I took off from work. When I got tot the place , i was THEN told that the girl had left the company and that THEY , once again, were just switching me to another person. I was extremely irate that no one, for the second time, took the time to inform me of the switch. I am cancelling my membership and am warning all of you that this is a 2nd rate, badly run business and unless you have time to waste, you should stay away from them. I know that I will! read more

This place is horrible. You pay $69 for an hour massage as a member. I've accumulated 4 hrs of massage I booked a 2 hrs massage today so that I can use my massages that I've accumulated. they told me that they need to charge me an extra $10 because is more to do a 2 hrs massage meaning $ wise. Such a scam STAY AWAY from this place. The front desk are also so rude. read more

It was my first time there and I didn't enjoy as much. I paid $190 something and the facial was only 45 mins. I don't mind paying it but I think it was too short for paying $190. They tried to sell me things but they didn't tell me the pricing which kind of pisses me off. Lucky that I only took 2 things but it came out to $411. If I took the whole thing it would of been a thousand dollars. I don't think I'll be coming back to this place. read more

Very nice reception area. Everyone was so pleasant. Very clean and sanitized. I was there for an eyebrow wax. I was not impressed. Under my brow was waxed and then I was told I was done. I asked about waxing between my brows and they said "oh you want that done too?" I have been waxing my brows for 30 years and have never had to ask for this area to be waxed. Also common is waxing above the brow, trims and clean up plucking. None of that was done either. I didn't want to keep asking because this should be part of the service. Also the next day I had scabs under my left brow. Not good when I had pics the next day with my son and his graduation. Everyone was so very nice though, however I won't be returning. read more
