The care team is through and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed every step of the way. Every appointment was on time (which is big for me, I hate waiting 20 mins for an apt), and everything I needed was provided for me. The facility is state of art, super clean and pristine. I did my front bra rolls and my down time was literally just that day. I was a little sore the next day but not enough to even need advil and could still live my normal day to day life (aside from the gym). I cannot recommend Dr. Hamh and team enough and now want to do more areas of my body LOL!

Sitting on the floor and playing with my Granddaugther was a chore and it got to the point that she stopped asking me to play...I just had no energy and stuggled to get up. Two of my three children have stairs in their houses and it took me FOREVER to climb them to get to their livingrooms. Dishes stayed in the sink for 2 days before being rinsed and put in the dishwasher, my clothes were shoved on the floor of my closet. I had worked at a pool store across the parking lot from Fast Fit, I had always wondered about going in and inquiring about their services, but it wasn't until 3 weeks ago today (6 years later ) that I told my Husband I had an appointment with a nutritionist. He was not completely on board with that he does not believe in weight loss money machines, he calls them. So I met with Doug and his AWESOME team at the Fast FIt Centennial location and after listening to Doug and his Team explain in detail the technology involved in what his business is all about, his personal story about surviving a medical event, seeing and hearing the genuine passion in his voice about helping people heal their bodies from the inside out along with viewing the actual results of real members, I was anxious to give it a try. I went home and told my Husband about the actual appointment and what I had heard, he told me to make another appointment so he could check this out for himself so I would not get scammed. After meeting with Doug and his Team in person, seeing that results are more than just possibilites, my Husband was convinced that I had made the right choice and I signed on. Now after just 3 weeks of 2 sessions a week for 1 hour each and w3alking for ab hour after each session, I have lost SEVEN POUNDS of Body Fat Mass, Body fat percentage MINUS 3.6%, MINUS 1 point of Visceral Fat, my Bone Mass increased 0.2,and lost 1/2 INCH off of my stomach. I PLAYED with my Granddaughter for the first time in almost TWO years and she is EIGHT! I CLIMB those before mentioned stairs without a problem, I washed every piece of clothting I own AND put it away NOTHING on the floor of the closet except my shoes and I energy to burn. MOST OF ALL, I AM HAPPY WITH MYSELF FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS!!!! Thank Doug and the Fast Team, you are absolutely amazing people.

My wife and I tried this program years ago and it's a total waste of time and money. They say…read moreyou'll lose weight if you follow their program. However, their program is a joke between the 2 of us the only thing we lost was about $10,000. Their so called program is about eating right and walking. Eating right is defined as a vegetarian diet for the most part they want you to focus on vegetables, water, exercise or walking. Things you can do yourself with the right mindset. The program includes walking on a treadmill can do that at a gym for less. Keeping a food journal so they can criticize what you eat. This is a joke as they tell you eat what you want. The light therapy is a joke it's nothing but a heating bed just go stand outside during the summer it'll do the same thing make you sweat. Make sure you drink water too. "It'll help you lose weight." So they say. Don't waste your time or money. If i could go back i wouldn't have signed anything. 5 years later almost paid off and free of this disgrace of a place. RUN RUN RUN AWAY!!! Is all I'm saying.

I usually say that right away in case there is someone that can handle that really well. Unfortunately, I was poked 3 times before the IV stuck around the ventricle. My partner also had problems with his IV where it wasn't flowing in but getting to his muscle instead. Luckily the IV veteran we were with noticed how strange he wasn't flowing. His forearm got tense and it started swelling up like Popeye the cartoon literally. When they fixed it, the fluid was flowing so fast.
