There's nothing Dr. Jill doesn't do! I've always struggled with weight, and see Dr. Jill to get my health back in order. Over the last 10 years I've lost anywhere from 20 to 50 pounds working with her and her team and using their programs. Most recently Dr. Oliver is helping me to remove a scar left from a very bad accident many years ago. She's done lip injections, Botox, and has tons of other services. I've worked with other specialists and shared my frustrations with Dr. Oliver. She's been able to provide guidance and figure things out that they couldn't. read more

Update: Still zero records and zero communication from this office. We are forwarding a letter to the NMB and BBB! Sincerely disappointed in this doctor's office now... I took my daughter there to get the same blood test I got and she got a serious diagnosis that needed to be addressed somewhat quickly. (Possible blood cancer) So she went and did a second blood test per Dr Oliver and the doctor has not called her with any updates. She was supposed to call on Friday but never did so we called on Monday then Tuesday and on Wednesday one of her helpers called and said they didn't even know why we were calling and checking in with the doctor. We had to explain everything to him that should already be in her records I would think and still have not heard anything at all from her or her office. No communication at all. This diagnosis has put my daughter in total anxiety. She's been a sick nervous wreck ever since and this office is just not calling her back. Not even to tell her they are still waiting there was some kind of hold up or anything. I told her to call and get all her records immediately so she can go get a second opinion right away. Really, a serious diagnosis like blood cancer then zero communication with the patient! Totally unacceptable and now I'll be finding another doctor to finish up care with and take my other family members too. I do not recommend this office anymore for anything. read more

Hello insecure woman, please beware of a doctor practicing within glimpse!! I had been to glimpse a few years ago and had a pleasant experience with dr. Oliver she was amazing!! But when I received a cold call text from Dr. Taylor about tightening my skin. I meet with him on a Friday after an appointment. I am 54 and I smoke so I have some wrinkles. He explained a procedure that would take away redness and help soften the look of the wrinkles on my entire face. It has been 6 months and I went through all the treatments and I have been taking good care of my skin and I have seen absolutely no results!! Dr. Taylor comes over as a caring individual but he sat there and lied right to my face!! He happily took my money and when I questioned him about my results he said well we took before and after pictures and there is a tiny fold near my lips that puffed up!! What!!! I have some memory loss due to a head injury and while going to him he kept telling me you will see a difference in the months to come. I will tell you he talks about all the latest technology and a new laser he wants to buy and it's faster and better! Well I guess I just donated my hard earned money to finance his dream and left me with saggier skin and my confidence has hit the floor!!! He has very old equipment and I do not recommend this Dr. office. I am a business owner in the Las Vegas community and have exceptional customer care and service in my field! This man saw a depressed woman with insecurities and pounced. Beware of Dr. Taylor P.S when he starts on your face he uses nothing to prepare your skin for the treatments before or after. I love this office! Sometimes you get a doctor who is good but maybe the staff isn't so helpful or vice versa; but at Glimpse you get both. The staff is warm, friendly, remembers you! Staff is super friendly and I never had to wait long or make appointments to get my "glimpse" shot, all I have to do is simply walk in. I appreciate the care and concern from the practitioner I saw who asked to monitor my heart rate after starting the medication I was prescribed. I paid for 2 months worth of their diet program however, even with a 10% off coupon it was still a great deal more expensive than the cost of another weight loss clinics program and mind you I had gotten 3 months of their weight loss program for less than what I had paid for just 2 months of Glimpse' program. I also was not thrilled to find out I only get a body analysis every 8 weeks... I'm down only 4lbs but I think it'd be a bit more encouraging to have a body analysis every 2-4 weeks so people can see actual changes in their body and not just a number on a scale. read more

I've been going to Dr. Oliver since April. She is awesome, she not only works with you on your weightloss goals but she motivates you. Her staff is great as well, whenever I drop in for a B-12 shot I'm in and out quickly which is really convenient for my lifestyle. I've lost 20 lbs. Approximately 1-2lbs per week. I've been going to Glimpse for B-shots for a while now and absolutely love the fact that there's never a long wait, the staff at both locations are friendly, personable and seem to actually like their jobs. My sister referred me here because she had some success doing the 3 month weight loss program which she paid $500 for. I came expecting $500 because that is what she paid but was quoted $750 and they were unable to explain the price difference. Other than stating they have set prices so they don't know why she only paid that much "maybe they were running a special". Don't waste your time. Very professional office. Dr. Oliver and the staff are always professional and efficient. I have used their diet pills in the past and they work, but what I really like is the Glimpse Shot. It is a blend of vitamins, L-Carnitin and ALA that all somehow enhances fat burning - and it makes me feel great. I went go Glimpse Medical for a consultation and was told that they would provide a test at no cost to me. a while later the testing lab sent a bill and when I spoke with them about it they told me 4 times that they would take care of it and not to worry. 1 year later and the bill is not resolved. I feel they took advantage of me and also I never received the test results. read more

I have known Dr Oliver for at least 15 years. I have always found her office spotless and patient areas spotless. Her staff are among the nicest of many doctors I have gone to over the years. As for Dr Oliver, she is down to earth, kind and caring. When I read a negative review, to me it reflects more on whomever wrote it than this doctor. Patients can be very demanding and unreasonable. The majority do not even know their own medical status. A person should be visiting a doctor for the type of care that doctor specializes in and any other issues that arise should be addressed to a different doctor who specializes in whatever category the issue falls. Dr Oliver does not specialize in hematology but she can certainly point out a concern and suggest a patient follow up with the appropriate type of physician. Personally, I have never had any complaints with Dr Oliver or her staff and have referred many people to her. read more
