But, the cutting clerk could not have given a damn less. This is a spiral wound (as though with a wire embedded) hose. I specifically asked if it would be a square or notched cut, showing a notch with my hand. I described square cut for butting and a notch as for screwing onto a grooved fitting. "I don't know, I just cut it." I got hacked up, torn up notch cut ends that I had to trim before I could use the hose. I also got a torn web where room was made for tool. I am shocked a 'hose professional' would allow such work. I certainly would not buy a safety or critical hose from such careless workers, amateurs masquerading as pros.

I took two in when I picked the one up ( I borrowed spares from friends ) . They made an Alpine AI NET device that added an AUX reciever so I could hard wire a bluetooth's RCA line out. And still use the CD changer. Now have BT streaming, Alexa Echo Auto and a small Samsung tablet for navigation. I found them years ago for this, and they also offered a wire harness connector to my car's main console, that they also made. I had to create a harness myself, as they offered the 10 and 14 pin connector at time, but I told them mine was the later 18 pin version. They asked me to please send some photos. Soon later they offered me their 18 pin solution, and now have it availible. Way to be on the ball! Recently the AUX in port stopped working (by my fault) and I hastily ordered their last one. In the next day I found I broke a few soldered wires and fixed it. I thought it wasnt nice to hoard the new ordered last one as well, when someone else may need it. So I chatted and was very politely, without questions, worked with yet again! A friend of mine that owns two import car dealerships suggested I contact Extreme Audio. I called Extreme Audio inquiring if they would install the antenna. If so, how much would it be. I was told they could install it and it would take no more than an hour. I set up the appointment. The work was done quickly. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was told the bill was $66 and some change. I first looked at him like he had four heads. He then said I can charge you more but it took less than an hour, and that is how we do things. We don't over charge. I highly recommend Extreme Audio for your vehicle audio needs.
