Radiators needed new pipes, chimneys needed flashing, gas needed to be routed to the kitchen again. We had every light fixture done (original fixtures were moved to new rooms after re-wiring, new fixtures were installed where no original existed). New handrails (stair rails) had to be installed on the front and back porch stairs. And it was all done without constant back and forth and without our "supervision." Our vision of what our home would look like was made a reality by OCC. We can't thank them enough. Were there surprises? The new roof, fascia/eaves, and repairs on a deck that some other guys had totally botched, were completed by Boone's Home Repair in just a few days.
