Both the brisket and sausage were just simply unbelievable, it's smoked to perfection. The taco was filled generously and wasn't too expensive as it was comparable in price to other Mexican restaurants. Small container of salsa was only filled about a third of the way and it wasn't too hot. The taco was good but a bit salty for my taste and I don't get aggravated by salt too much. I would recommend the restaurant but would encourage the cook not to use too much salt because I can always add salt but not remove it from food. The taco I ordered was a breakfast taco made with beans and potato

The folks working there were super friendly, and I really appreciated the hospitality. The dining area was also very clean. Now for the burger and fries: OMG, what a surprise! The burger was seriously so good. Easily one of the best burgers I've ever had. I visited close to closing time, so I was the only one there, but the place seems like it could be a really fun spot to hang out, especially with the outdoor patio seating. One small idea, if they haven't already considered it: it looks like there might be enough space for another food truck or two. An ice cream truck would be especially fun for families and could make the space even more interesting.
