I have been using Hamptons Baby Gear for the last 7 summers on our weekends in Montauk, and they have been wonderful!! They deliver and pick up clean, high quality baby equipment -- always at the promised time!! They are a delightful company to work with, and have always been able to accommodate our every need--even when extenuating circumstances have required last minute changes!! (We needed cribs for an extra day at the last minute more than once, and even needed 2 cribs moved to another location at the last minute--over July 4th weekend!!!) This is a fantastic service. Website was incredibly easy to use. Deliver and pickup were as easy as could be, even though you shocked my mother when the delivery person turned out to be 8 months pregnant. OMG. The quality of the high chair we rented was excellent and it was immaculately clean when we received it. Best of all, there was constant communication about delivery and pick up, so there was no guessing involved. If I had to take one point off, it would be that there were no instructions on how to set up the high chair and there was no 12 year old available to figure it out. So it took me longer than I would like to admit too. We will definitely use Hamptons Baby Gear again when the need arises. read more

I must admit that I was a little skeptical, given that such precious cargo was going to be using the crib, etc that I rented (my sister's newborn and 2 year old). However, all that skepticism was put to rest when a very professional young woman arrived at our house to set up all the "gear" we had rented. She put everything together in no time and it all seemed brand new, like no one else had even used it. My sister's visit was perfect, no problems with all the gear we rented. I rented a booster seat and pack and play for my family visiting for a long weekend. They arrived within the three hour window as they said they would to deliver the items. they put the pack and play together for us and were very friendly and professional. The pack and play was grand new - never been used. As promised we received a email a day or two in advance to confirm the pick up date and three hour window. again the girl who came to pick it up was very professional and friendly. I was so pleased with the infant swing and port-a-crib with the bassinet. I was babysitting my 2 grandsons, 23 months and 9 weeks old for 4 days. Although I have a lot of baby gear, I didn't have the extra crib or a swing. These were lifesavers. Everything was delivered and picked up on time and was in pristine condition. Had a wonderful experience with Hamptons Baby Gear! They were incredibly easy to work with and even accommodated a last minute request. We've used this service each of the past 4 years for a week in late June in Amagansett, renting cribs, bed rails, booster seats, baby swings, blackout shades, etc. The service has always been on time and the one instance that we got a beat-up bouncy seat, they returned the next day to replace, and credited us for the item. Such a convenient option for my baby to have a place to sleep without having to check another item on our flight. Customer service was great! We rented the car seat and stroller combination along with a a high chair. All the items were of the highest quality, clean, and functioned without a problem. We rented a crib and booster seat for our baby this past weekend. The delivery was right on time and the crib was exactly what we requested - bumper included! Both items were clean and nice.
