    Everything exceeded my expectations, my salesman Neil was great. He was so transparent with the entire sale explaining the promotional sales, the financing, the warranty, the measuring and made me feel secure with my purchase. The delivery was on time, the delivery team was fantastic, they were courteous, friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job setting up my sectional. I will highly recommend and will be a repeat customer!

    The gap in the corner wedge.

    Absolutely worst furniture buying experience ever. The sales manager told us that the couch needed to be 3-5 inches from the wall in order to recline. NO!!! 4-6" is the company recommendation but in reality it was9 1/2" once the couches arrived. Then to top it off, the wedge that would make these two couches into a sectional, was garbage! Loose back, it literally wobbled, it came in three pieces with a huge gap between the two back pieces, leaving it with a completely unfinished look. In the end, I refused the delivery, now trying to cancel the order has become an ordeal. They'll be lucky I don't report them to the BBB. Oh and if I may add, they're still charging us over $200 for delivery. NEVER AGAIN!!! Lesson learned

    Very bad customer service , instead of helping the customer, they take back warranties when the delivery guys damaged the furniture

Never went in and didn't get exceptional service. Bill was the rep today and convinced me of exactly what I need to come back for when a patio is done. I didn't realize it but now am sure an outdoor sectional is the must have. Ideally in grey. Haha Oversized umbrella stands here if you need weight near a windy place etc.. Bookmark for outdoor furniture people will ask about.

I have had to rely on stores like HomeGoods for kitchen gadgets, flower pots, garden stuff, sheets, towels, etc, since Tuesday Morning closed their stores. HomeSense has a large selection of furniture, lamps, art, and other accessories, as well as kitchenware. This particular time, I was on a mission. I needed a fabric-covered lidded box in navy and white. The search had so far proved fruitless. Marshall's had one box, in sage green with peach flowers. I went to HomeSense, and they had a blue and white lidded box! They also had gluten-free Italian pasta! I looked at the framed art, because I need a frame (not art) in a particular size for a canvas painting, but there wasn't one in the size that I needed. It's generally less expensive to buy framed art on clearance, keep the frame, and donate the art, than it is to buy an empty frame elsewhere. Strange but true. On a previous visit, I found two battery-operated wall sconces, which were exactly what I needed for my dining room. I also found some pink flamingo things, which were inexpensive and irresistible. I was also looking for one tier curtain, but they only had floral sets. I may have to sew one myself. They did have a huge selection of curtain panels. I spoke with one associate and the cashier, and they were both very pleasant. Prices are generally very reasonable, and they usually have a great selection of almost everything. It's similar to HomeGoods, but has much more furniture and lamps. There were some beautiful leather club chairs, which I may be able to use in the future. Hopefully they'll have some when I go back.

It's hit or miss and requires multiple visits to find things that fit the bill. As far as I'm concerned, spending time in a store like this is like being consigned to one of Dante's circles of hell. I'm not the target audience, though. If you like cruising and schmoozing and are patient, go for it. They should have a husband's area that serves stiff drinks and shows sports on big screen TVs.

Evan has been amazing in going out of his way to find us exactly what we need to fit our measurements at a price that we are happy to pay. Most recently I drove my 85 year old mother in from Old Westbury to replace a 42" built-in refrigerator. She was very specific in what she was looking for. I knew Evan would have the patience ad determination to find her exactly what she wanted. He was overly patient in going over the features and details and in answering her questions - sometimes repeatedly. He kept us informed of the manufacturing timeline and saw to it that the refrigerator was delivered ASAP, and on a day and time that worked well for her. I would also like to mention that the delivery team was amazing. They removed the old unit and installed the new unit to her satisfaction. They protected her hard wood floors and removed all the packaging debris. Needless to say, she was very happy with Evan and PC Richards. I highly recommend Evan and the Riverhead PC Richards store, they stand behind their merchandise, and are a pleasure to deal with.

A nice young salesman approached me & I told him I needed to replace my microwave but I want one with a full rack in it, similar to what I currently have. He went & asked someone if there were any like that, & he returned to me with a no. I browsed & we chatted about my 14 yr old microwave that I love. I told him that I'll keep looking. Then I asked why don't they make them with the rack anymore? His response, "Because they're starting fires". I never show my element of surprise because ppl will always talk bs when you opt to listen. I couldn't believe he would spread such misinformation, which could lead to destroying a brand's reputation. I left the store, & decided to shop online. Disgusted by his comment. Some people just have to have an answer. That was not a smart answer, nor was it the truth. He needs to be retrained.
