HomeSense has a large selection of furniture, lamps, art, and other accessories, as well as kitchenware. This particular time, I was on a mission. I needed a fabric-covered lidded box in navy and white. The search had so far proved fruitless. Marshall's had one box, in sage green with peach flowers. I went to HomeSense, and they had a blue and white lidded box! They also had gluten-free Italian pasta! I looked at the framed art, because I need a frame (not art) in a particular size for a canvas painting, but there wasn't one in the size that I needed. It's generally less expensive to buy framed art on clearance, keep the frame, and donate the art, than it is to buy an empty frame elsewhere. Strange but true. On a previous visit, I found two battery-operated wall sconces, which were exactly what I needed for my dining room. I also found some pink flamingo things, which were inexpensive and irresistible. I was also looking for one tier curtain, but they only had floral sets. I may have to sew one myself. They did have a huge selection of curtain panels. I spoke with one associate and the cashier, and they were both very pleasant. Prices are generally very reasonable, and they usually have a great selection of almost everything. It's similar to HomeGoods, but has much more furniture and lamps. There were some beautiful leather club chairs, which I may be able to use in the future. Hopefully they'll have some when I go back.

I'm not the target audience, though. If you like cruising and schmoozing and are patient, go for it. They should have a husband's area that serves stiff drinks and shows sports on big screen TVs.

We were heading out that way on a Saturday to do some shopping at Tanger outlets and HL is just about 1.5 miles further down Old Country Rd. Pretty standard layout for Hobby Lobby. I always make a beeline to the model airplane/car & model rockets section. Always check the Clearance aisle(s) for some greatly reduced deals. They are usually at the far corners of each store. You'll never know what you'll find while rummaging through the piles. At this HL, the clearance deals are scattered around the store unlike some other stores that centralize then or just tag the clearance items on the racks with the orange price tags that can be as much as 75%+ off the list price.

I don't think H&M is even a factory store in Tanger Outlets. I just come here for Saks Fifth Off, J Crew, Calvin Klein, and Ann Taylor factory stores. They always have 50% off in the store. Many good deals and steals that you cannot find anywhere else. Also if you're a Triple A member then you can go into Customer Services to get a free coupon book on the house. Some of the stores don't accept the coupons though from the book if the whole store is going on a big sale. I also come here for Express factory and the store got so many clothes in a bright store that looks like a warehouse. It does not even look pretty at all. The store got so many bright lights. The food court is like nothing. I don't even remember it having food. I remember I was starving and the place got no variety of food.
