At first, we took it to Best Buy Geek Squad, thinking that was our best option: they identified a faulty AIO cooler but ended up damaging other components of my PC even more unfortunately... We were extremely hesitant to trust anyone with this expensive build, but from day one, Dr. PC Fix listened carefully to every issue we had. They were so kind and patient with us while we worked on getting replacement parts, and since their help, my PC has been working PERFECT these past 2-3 years. To this day, I still think about how much they helped and how thorough and professional they were. If you have a build that's precious to you, you can trust Dr. PC Fix completely!

That was my situation as I faced the ending support of Win 10 and programs that required Win 11. Enter Dr PC Fix to the rescue! I took my Tower in for as estimate and was presented with 2 options. Buy a new device, or upgrade by salvaging what still works. Since our home network is more ethernet based than wifi, and we still use our CD drive, SD card readers, and connect devices and peripherals through cables, we elected the upgrade, knowing it could be complicated. Everything turned out wonderfully, and I'm learning how to navigate and use the new features. The upgrade process had a hiccup, but Dr PC Fix came to the rescue by immediately and courteously resolving things, while displaying their superior customer satisfaction policy. Their communication and patient explanations were greatly appreciated. I'm still learning about new features and will use their remote service if I encounter any roadblocks. I give DrPcFix my highest recommendation - truly extraordinaire! BJ

Great Apple Store with a few bumps during this visit…read more I've upgraded my phone at this location a few times over the years and have usually had a great experience. Today, my fiancé and I came in to trade in our phones for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, and he also picked up an Apple Watch SE 3. The only thing I'll always wish Apple would change is making more fun colors available for the Pro Max models. The lower model had a beautiful pink option that I absolutely loved, and I really wish that color was available for the Pro Max too. But thankfully, that's what cute cases are for! This visit started off a little differently than my previous experiences. We had a hard time initially finding someone to help. My fiancé first asked a group of employees for assistance and was directed back to someone at the front of the store. Since we had already seen her when we first walked in but weren't greeted or asked if we needed help, the whole situation just felt a little confusing. Thankfully, Richard completely turned our experience around. He was very kind, patient, genuinely helpful, and made sure we were taken care of. I really appreciate him stepping in and making our visit a much better one! I also appreciate that Apple gives you the option to come back later and drop off your old phone if you want extra time to make sure your photos and data are fully backed up. It takes away the pressure of having to rush through the transfer process while still letting you leave with your new device. Overall, we're still very happy with our purchase. I usually come here when I already know what I'm looking for, whether it's an upgrade, trade-in, or a new device, rather than just browsing. I do hope the customer service experience becomes a little more consistent, but I'm super thankful Richard was there and provided exceptional service!

Last week, we were told that when we brought the phone in, the repair would take about two hours. Today, we dropped it off, and it took five hours. Why? The store was almost empty. When I returned, I had already shown my ID to one employee, but another employee asked for it again. Then, while confirming my email address, I had to spell it using the standard letter examples used over the phone (for example, "M as in Mother"). Even with those examples, the employee still had difficulty understanding and entering it correctly. It turned a very simple task into a frustrating experience. Overall, the customer service felt indifferent rather than welcoming. This experience did not meet the standard I've come to expect from Apple, and I won't be returning to this location.

On top of that, this is only 1 of 2 certified places that can repair my Lenovo laptop and I had to drive hours to just pick up and drop off my laptop. They offer shipping, but that's more money out of your pocket for them to use on top of the diagnosis cost, repair costs, and cost for any other supplies. Whenever I asked for a time estimate on how long it would take to diagnose my laptop or to see what's wrong they can never give me an accurate time. They always say a couple hours or the next day. They told me that they would be able to fix my keyboard in one day once it arrives, and I bring my laptop thinking that I can wait there a couple hours for them to fix it and then they tell me that they can't guarantee that will be done that day. I literally drove all the way home to get a phone call saying that my laptop was ready to pick up! I could had waited if it was only going to take a couple hours oh, but they couldn't tell me. They definitely do not speak the customers language or put them first. I feel like they're more in it for the money then going above and beyond for customers. I've literally wasted hours of driving back and forth just to get my laptop keyboard fixed. When I finally received my laptop, they fixed the problem, BUT added another irrelevant problem! My laptop's battery now isn't being detected by the system and isn't charging and has to be connected to an adapter at all times to function. Now I have to pay another trip to Redmond to fix this new problem! Absolutely more inconvenience on my plate! Don't be surprised if you bring your laptop here and get it back with another problem, because that's what happened to me.

They have knowledgeable staff, and you can expect to get better service than if you went somewhere like Best Buy. Certainly, with the higher quality, you will end up paying more for it. I've purchased computers and parts as well as taken my older devices in to be fixed. They are very clear upfront about the cost, so there are no surprises when you get the bill. In particular, my experience with the service department has been phenomenal! My computer wasn't working, so I took in to get checked out where it was quickly diagnosed as a hard drive failure. The guy I was working with, Pat, worked with me to replace the hard drive, and now my computer is as good as new! When my family purchased a new laptop, Matthew helped my mom figure out the optimal machine for her small business. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and got her laptop all set up for her. She loves it! I'd highly recommend Hard Drives Northwest for the quality they provide.

I wanted to get an extra wireless keyboard and mouse so I could have one at work and one at home and wouldn't have to carry them around. I asked about them in the store and was led to a plastic box that was filled with identical wireless keyboard mouse combos. I picked one out and asked where the chip was. This should have tipped off the clerk that I was not tech savvy. As I suspect many of there customers are not. She told me the toggle was under the mouse. I got the set home and did not see a toggle under the mouse (latter I found out she was saying dongle). I looked in the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and did not see it. I called the them and was told to check the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and once again I didn't see it. I was told that this would be a once in a lifetime that a chip was not with the keyboard. I brought the unit in and we looked in the keyboard battery area next. Then we looked we looked at the mouse and they pointed out a built in dongle compartment in the battery chamber of the mouse. I was never told there could be a built in compartment when I was in the store or later on the phone. I have since find some YouTube videos that explain where to find the dongle. This tells me I'm not that only one to have trouble finding it.
