When I was looking for a hotel in Moab for Easter weekend, I didn't realize it was also the weekend of their huge "Jeep Safari" event. This is a big off-roading event that brings lots of people to the area. Oh well. Live and learn! This hotel was listed for $300/night, but I was able to redeem my Hilton Honors points to get a free night, which helped immensely. The front desk staff were fantastic. They were very friendly and welcoming. The room was quiet and the mattress was super comfortable. They did serve limited breakfast items, which you were able to bring back to your room to eat. There was no seating for breakfast, due to Covid-19 restrictions. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several good restaurants.

The location to all the area attractions is a big plus for this Hampton Inn. Nearby there are plenty of fast food and local eatery options, including a food truck pod! Check-in was easy. Everyone we met there was kind and helpful. Our 2nd floor room 203 was clean and stocked with toiletries and coffee, as well as a refrigerator and microwave. Our window overlooked the pool so beware the noise level when it's in use. Loved the shower water pressure and easily adjusted temperature. The HVAC probably could use an update. It was very noisy. Breakfast was simple and hot. The seating area was over-crowded with our large group so we opted to eat out by the pool. What a nice Mountain View we enjoyed!

really like Hampton Inn's and I loved this particular hotel. The hotel is very busy because of the proximity of Arches National Park. They wisely added parking spaces, as the lot was nearly full when we arrived. The parking lot is very well lit, so we weren't too worried about our car. Our room was quite nice, and we loved the comfortable bed! Our room was on the highway side, so it was a little noisy. Breakfast is VERY nice, with many options. The lobby is spacious with ample tables for breakfast. There is a pool and hot tub that both looked inviting, but we didn't have time. Tue hotel looked clean and well maintained. Stand out Employees were Tanisha at reception and William from EVS. They were the friendliest employees we encountered.

The staff was super friendly (as I've experienced with most BWs) and we felt very comfortable and safe. Didn't love the tile flooring, but figured thats due to the sandy location. I would 100% recommend staying here....however my lesson learned/PRO TIP moving forward in booking any hotel is to ask for a non connecting room and/or to not be next to anyone. We had a connecting room with a dude, let's call him "Ralph," who came in REAL hot around 1030 PM amd proceeded to spend the next hour moaning right next to our door. We didn't know if he was having sex or pooping until he began to violently throw up. We tried to drown it out with the AC, but ended up calling the front desk to switch rooms. They were so accommodating and even tried to check on Ralph (lesson learned drinking and dehydration is a real thing). Moral of this short blib- walls are thin and I am a light sleeper. The hotel handled the situation perfectly... but from now on I will be requesting to be tucked away in a solo room away from the wild ones :)

The breakfast was a hive of activity with staff that refreshed supplies as they dwindled, helped to tidy tables and made every guest feel welcome. Things to note: There is a large patio outside the breakfast area that is open to guests any time of the day. This space is a great spot to eat breakfast, watch the sun come up, to check out the constant parade of 4WD vechicles that come though town, to people watch, and to socialize at the end of the day; This location is perfect for walking just about anywhere in town; Numerous restaurants were a block or two away; Free parking at the hotel was plentiful; The pool and hot tub were wonderfully relaxing and were in a private outdoor space with some tables/chairs that were either under a roof or umbrellas that provided shade; A locked bike room was available; The coin guest laundry room was very nice to have on-site; The entire hotel was very clean and well lit. Will I stay here again? Most certainly. This area has so many places to explore. I can't wait to go back, and now I know of a great place to call my home-base.

There was a nice full size kitchen downstairs, with a pullout bed option in the sitting area. There was a little dining room table as well. Upstairs there were multiple bedrooms with pretty comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms were also nice and the showers were powerful which is always a huge plus at any hotel. It also had a really nice pool area with a neat little whirlpool section that the kids really enjoyed. Everything was updated and modern so it was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

A special pass should be given to Diamond members. Some cars didn't even have a parking pass displayed. The room was average. Noting sumptuous being a boutique hotel version of a Hilton property. No complimentary breakfast or beverages provided. We were on the ground floor and faced the parking lot. People could easily see into the room which led to blinds being closed most of the stay and artificial lighting. Tv had some apps which was nice and hook ups to watch our own media. Water pressure strong with one quirk of water got cold when somewhere someone flushed their toilet. The pool area is large and pretty. Hot tub and towels provided. You can sit and have a drink as well. Ice machine and convenience nook with snacks, toiletries and souvenirs available. Bed was fine. Pillows too soft for me. Bathrobe, hair dryer, iron and lighted makeup mirror provided. The shower was large which I love. The toiletries in pump bottles with a shelf for your own and a stool if you need. The restaurant serves a breakfast buffet and a regular menu for breakfast. We didn't eat there but it looked fancy. I liked the fireplace in the lobby area and they have baggage carts for use. Everything was fine except the sink is nice to look at design wise but they installed the faucet too close to one edge. Between that and the higher rise stopper you can barely wash your hands. That's the design flaw which vexed us. So while it was nice, I liked being able to wash my hands well so I'm not sure I'd recommend it.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk, offering potatoes, eggs, and a sweet option like waffles or French toast. I only wish they had shredded cheddar cheese available to top the eggs. For pet owners, the hotel does a good job. They have a designated outdoor potty area with turf, bags, and a garbage bin for easy cleanup. That said, they planted thorny bushes around the space, which wasn't ideal--when Luna wandered into them, I got poked trying to pick up after her. Still, I appreciated that the area existed, since not all pet-friendly hotels provide one. The pool area was well-kept, and we enjoyed the hot tub, though there was a constant buzzing noise (likely from the jets) that made it harder to fully relax. I didn't mention it to staff, so I won't hold it against them. One real disappointment was the bar. Compared to the Hyatt Regency in Salt Lake City, this one felt very small and limited. When I asked the bartender for a dessert cocktail suggestion, he flatly replied, "Not much." He didn't offer alternatives, so | just ordered a glass of wine instead. For a Hyatt, I expected a bit more effort and hospitality at the bar. Lastly, my only tech frustration was with the Wi-Fi--it wouldn't auto-connect, which was a small but annoying inconvenience.

I eat low carb, and most of breakfast is loaded with carbs! The eggs and sausage were good. Wish they had provided salsa and some shredded cheese, but they didn't. They had cream cheese, which was a little bland. They also had butter. The other options are waffles, syrup, cereal, muffins, bagels, yogurt, granola, bread. Drinks: apple juice and a fruit juice, coffee. The biggest issue for us was the road noise at night. In our room we could hear the traffic sounds all night. All kinds of vehicles drove by and were loud. I had a sound machine and ear plugs and had a difficult time sleeping. I'm a light sleeper, so I was up most of the night.
