This hotel was near the downtown area, and close to the wedding venue that my boyfriend and I were going to. The hotel was clean and accommodating, with a great location. The Trailhead Public House, Sunset Grill, and Cactus Jack were some really good restaurants nearby.

These days I usually stay in airbnbs for the extra space and use of a kitchen. I had one night in Moab, and my sister used points to book a room. I'd stay here again! It's a very nice hotel. Clean. Great customer service. Beautiful outdoor spaces for relaxing, including the pool and hot tub. The hot tub is large, nice so you don't have to cuddle with strangers. The fitness center looks nice; I wonder how often it's used, being in Moab. There's fruit infused ice water in the lobby, a lovely touch of hospitality. Yesterday it was strawberry; today it's lemon. Breakfast is impressive, as far as a hotel goes anyway. Today there were several fruit options (defrosted mixed berries, canned pineapple, fresh melon medley, whole bananas, oranges, and apples). Vanilla yogurt, granola, oatmeal with lots of topping options, breakfast breads like toast and bagels, scrambled eggs (probably from a carton), boiled eggs, vegan sausage patties, tortillas, breakfast potatoes, a fajita looking mix, cold cereal, juices, various % of cow milk, Tazo teas, coffee, etc. Beds are super comfortable and rooms are spacious. No complaints!

Came here to visit Arches and Canyonlands. I'm Explorist status so I've seen my fair share of Hyatt places and my wife and I enjoyed staying at this one. Parking lot was easily available although this may be because we came in the off season. Breakfast was better than other Hyatt places I've stayed at. The potatoes were always nice and crispy, biscuits and gravy was delicious and I always toasted a bagel with cream cheese before my morning hikes. The thermostat worked really well and the blankets kept us really warm. They have fruit infused water in the front and have a water filter to fill up your water bottles or camelbaks. Dinner was also cheaper than other restaurants in town. If you're a Hyatt member or just planning to visit Moab this is a great hotel.

I would only recommend this hotel if all of the amenities are working. The TV in our room was out of service and the pool closed on our first day there. Even though everyone was kind, there didn't seem to be a sense of urgency to fix things. The breakfast was great and lunch was good as well. The location is beautiful and only a few minutes from the main attractions. There is a decent amount of parking. The kiddos have a small jungle gym to play at. Overall I would stay here again if everything is working.

We pulled up to the Hyatt without a reservation and were very happy to find that they had availability on the Sunday before Thanksgiving! The rooms were nice and clean. Updated and spacious, but not very quiet. We could hear everything going on outside the door. Breakfast was buffet style and pretty good with eggs, sausage, French toast and other things. Their pet fee and policy is a bit wild though. $100 for your dogs and each dog can only weigh 50lbs, or have a combined weight of 75lbs if you have two.

Hyatt never disappoints! This hotel was located just a few miles from Arches National Park and it was also near downtown Moab. We get to take advantage of the free breakfast as my boyfriend is a globalist. Breakfast was great and different everything. The hotel had some halloween decorations up which was a thoughtful touch. Staff was great and my favorite part was the great views that we had while using the pool area and eating breakfast.

We spent 3 nights here when visited the Arches National Park and surrounding areas. The hotel in general was clean. The room was so so tho. We stayed on the first floor and could hear the next-door couples having sex. It could be pros for some people but not for us. Sorry, Hyatt, not a fan of this bonus feature. Our room was also next to the public bathroom and could also hear the sound when people were washing their hands at 5am or 6am. The complimentary breakfast buffet is supposed to be a highlight of this place but it's more of a hit-and-miss. The pictures I posted here were from the buffet on a Saturday morning. They served beef tacos. It's good. The quality for the rest of the two days was about the same as what you get from Holiday Inn. Overall, the Hyatt Place chain is like a motel but for the middle class so it's more expensive and upper scale. However, I stayed at other Hatt Place before during my road trip and the stays were pleasant. But the room in this location was too R rated for me.

This place is great. I would highly recommend staying here. From the new facilities to the friendly staff and all the amenities it's a perfect place for your stay in Moab. The only funky thing is this place will not clean your room. You have to stay for longer than three days for the touch your room for any reason... We found that very weird.

The staff was super friendly (as I've experienced with most BWs) and we felt very comfortable and safe. Didn't love the tile flooring, but figured thats due to the sandy location. I would 100% recommend staying here....however my lesson learned/PRO TIP moving forward in booking any hotel is to ask for a non connecting room and/or to not be next to anyone. We had a connecting room with a dude, let's call him "Ralph," who came in REAL hot around 1030 PM amd proceeded to spend the next hour moaning right next to our door. We didn't know if he was having sex or pooping until he began to violently throw up. We tried to drown it out with the AC, but ended up calling the front desk to switch rooms. They were so accommodating and even tried to check on Ralph (lesson learned drinking and dehydration is a real thing). Moral of this short blib- walls are thin and I am a light sleeper. The hotel handled the situation perfectly... but from now on I will be requesting to be tucked away in a solo room away from the wild ones :)

The breakfast was a hive of activity with staff that refreshed supplies as they dwindled, helped to tidy tables and made every guest feel welcome. Things to note: There is a large patio outside the breakfast area that is open to guests any time of the day. There was a nice full size kitchen downstairs, with a pullout bed option in the sitting area. There was a little dining room table as well. Water pressure strong with one quirk of water got cold when somewhere someone flushed their toilet. The pool area is large and pretty. Hot tub and towels provided. Bathrobe, hair dryer, iron and lighted makeup mirror provided. The shower was large which I love. The toiletries in pump bottles with a shelf for your own and a stool if you need. The restaurant serves a breakfast buffet and a regular menu for breakfast. We didn't eat there but it looked fancy. I liked the fireplace in the lobby area and they have baggage carts for use. Everything was fine except the sink is nice to look at design wise but they installed the faucet too close to one edge. Between that and the higher rise stopper you can barely wash your hands. That's the design flaw which vexed us. So while it was nice, I liked being able to wash my hands well so I'm not sure I'd recommend it.
