I paid for new wipers, but upon leaving they didn't work. Had to go back and had them replaced. (Obviously it was their mistake otherwise they wouldn't have replaced them so quickly upon my return.) Had some engine work done. They said everything was clear. Hours later I had the same problem and then they ended up having my car for over a week in order to fix it. I had my battery replaced. Less than a week later the car wouldn't start and reeked of gas. If you go in for one problem - they find ten more things to charge you for or you end up with additional problems. At first I just figured it was a one time problem, but then it happened every time my husband and I went there. We finally have decided not to return.

I went back five or six times, and eventually, I decided not to return. The turbo continued to fail, and when I sought help from other mechanics, it eventually blew up and was beyond repair. When I tried to get assistance with the turbo's warranty, they refused to help. Every visit to MotoPro resulted in more attempts to charge me extra money, and in the end, my truck was never properly fixed. Ultimately, I spent nearly $8,000 on repairs and never got good results. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Wall Automotive is NOT that kind of place. The owner Bryan, as well as the men who work there, are consummate professionals and deeply respectful. They are always friendly, up front with estimates and assessments, and are incredibly transparent about what needs to be done and why. I would recommend this automotive shop to ANYONE. I have nothing but positive things to say. If there were more than 5 stars to give them, I would. I have been there for alignment, brakes, and other small fixes. I highly recommend Bryan and his staff at Wall Automotive.

Beware, parts changers not mechanics…read more I brought my car in because it had a loud clunking noise that was heavy enough to feel through the floor. I didn't have time to deal with it so I took it in. They said I needed struts (which I agree were bad) and a CV axle, which took a week and cost me almost $2,000. They called me to say it was done and was all good except for a small squeak in the brakes. I picked it up after hours and wasn't even out of the parking lot and the clunking was still there over every tiny bump in the parking lot, there was no improvement whatsoever. And the mileage was the same as when I dropped it off, so they never even drove the car. I took it home and got under it the next day and found the problem in under 5 minutes and I'm not even a mechanic. The entire subframe was loose and clunking up and down when I pushed with my hand. A quick search on Google and I learned the bushings were broken. I replaced the bushings and now the car is like new again. I can't see how they could have tried very hard if at all to troubleshoot my problem. They just saw some worn parts and decided to charge me to replace them. And they were working all around that loose subframe the whole time and never once noticed it was loose. And they never drove the car to check if the problem was solved. This is complete incompetence. When I called the next morning they acted surprised and said I could bring the car back. I would never bring a car back to them. I'd probably end up buying more parts and still not have it fixed.

He understands why I have the opinion I have and I understand why RSW feels as they do. We have agreed to have an independent shop evaluate the external damage and will continue the discussion thereafter. Also, they have agreed to address any interior damage. Was having a parasitic drain on the battery. Ended upo having to haver the aftermarket remote starter removed and a new dash wiring harness. Car was in shop for almost 3 weeks. Came out and hopefully the electrical is fixed (need to let car sit for a while to know). Bad news is there is considerable damage to the car. There is a large dent in the rear driver's door plus scratches on the inside driver door jam, shift knob, emergency brake lever & glove box. The car did not go in damaged as they suggest. Was waiting for them to do the right thing before posting but as expected they denied everything. They said they would look at the interior damage and address it as a courtesy. When asked to check their cameras they said their cameras only go back 2 weeks. Interesting that they kept the car for just over that???

I wanted to do some custom work to my car (aftermarket suspension, valvetronic exhaust) as well as regular services. John (the owner) and his team has proven to be exceptionally qualified with working on my Mercedes. The valvetronic exhaust installation is not simple because of the added wiring complexity on top of the bolt ons. I was very pleased with their knowledge of these cars. I especially appreciate the care and detail of customizing the locations for foreign parts from the exhaust. I have sat in his shop for hours while waiting for my car and seeing customer after customer walk in and out. However, less than an hour after dropping my car off, they called me frantically to tell me my "battery was cracked and leaking acid ALL over". I don't know much about cars, but this sounded odd. Especially since my car is only 2 yrs old. The guy proceeded to tell me the car was very dangerous to drive. I jokingly asked if it were going to explode or something and his actual words were "its possible, yes it could explode". Since I'm still under warranty at the dealer I called them and they suggested I bring it in for a second opinion because a "cracked battery" is not a common problem. So, I brought my car to the closest dealer and the mechanic walked to look at the battery with me. It turns out absolutely nothing was wrong with my battery. The guy at the dealer advised me to never go to that midas again and said he thought the guy who said there was a crack might actually have been smoking crack! I know mechanics try to take advantage of "young stupid girls" but unfortunately for them I wasn't fooled and saved myself close to around 150 dollars.
