But with Ed you get the job done right and for a reasonable amount. I had a oil leak and they fixed it hands down. I do my own oil changes religiously every 5k miles and also recently changed both my air filters. To their credit, they did not pressure me to get these done which I appreciated. The biggest thing was that I was not told that the tire warranty was included and got charged the extra $100 when I didn't want it nor was I asked. Luckily, I had looked at the work order and saw the line item and had to ask for the refund since I did not care to have the warranty. When asking for the refund the gentleman inquired "are you sure?". Unfortunately, felt like him pressuring me and felt scummy trying to get me to pay for something I didn't need or want. However, after confirming, the amount was refunded without issue. Overall service was nice and the lady at the front was nice. Service took a bit longer than expected but not a big deal to me since I expected as much. At least the cost came out to what I expected and matched the quote from online (which also did not include the warranty by the way)
