Danny and John were extremely pleasant, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed discussing cars, windshield repairs, and all the complexities involved with their specialty. We would certainly use their services again.

They ended up not being able to finish until Monday at noon but at least they got it done for a reasonable price and the work looked pretty good (it's held up so far!). They seem pretty busy so I don't know if they're the fastest shop if this was during the week. But they were very nice and I really appreciated having a place take care of things on a weekend. Maybe a slightly overpromise and slight underdeliver but all in all would come back here if we needed service.

Fast forward a few years, we had a loose rubber seal on our front windshield and were concerned about potential water leaks so I gave Kevin a call to see if he could take a look. He responded immediately and we set up some time for him to take a look. Turns out, there was no leak and the fix was purely cosmetic, but he still wanted to perform a full diagnostic just to make sure there wasn't any leaks somewhere else in the car. The good news is that everything was fine and no leaks were detected, which means his windshield fixes from several years ago are still going strong! Best part, when I went to pay Kevin for his time and effort to come to us, he said we owed nothing and that he was just glad to know that he was taking care of his customers no matter what the issue is! My insurance company referred me to LifeShield Autoglass, and Derek, the owner, was quickly dispatched to replace my windshield, while it was parked at my place of employment, completing the work in about 90 minutes, right there in the parking lot! That's right, they came to me! Starting at 10:00am and completing his work before I would normally head to lunch, Derek ensured there was no interruption or inconvenience added to my workday. From the get-go, Derek was communicative, friendly, knowledgeable and personable. He guaranteed both that the work would be done in a timely matter, and that the quality would speak for itself; if there were any issues at all, he reassured, that I shouldn't hesitate to contact him directly, and immediately. I can't think of any scenario where a task as invasive as replacing a windshield on a car could be any smoother than my experience with Derek and LifeShield Autoglass, and I would recommend them without a second thought to anyone in need of chip repair or window replacement.
